The reception is not at the ground floor. You need take take the lift to reception. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The hotel will help u keep the luggage if you reached earlier.

We were on the 35th floor and got a great view. The facilities are good and we had a comfortable stay.

It is a very nice hotel, very clean and the rooms are big enough and tidy. Our room was in the 32/f facing the city view. The lights in the buildings outside also look nice. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, and definitely no noise from other rooms and no smell of cigarette smoke from the corridors and in our room during our entire stay.

Hotel is brand new, the room is clean and big with beautiful view. Beautiful bathroom with big tub. Breakfast was nice, only hope they offer more meat options. It takes about 10mins walk from Macau connecting train station.
