Ulasan Pegasus Apart'Hotel

We stayed here for 4 days. Good location if you want to stay near victoria market. Not far from the main area. Close to restaurants & trams (5to10mins walk). The apartment is big enough for 2 adults with kids. We got room with no view. Not sure if they have room with views. We love the heated pool 😄.

I encountered one of the worst hotel services at the front desk of this hotel when I stayed here for 6 nights. On 10 Dec at 8pm, I was charged 3 times by the washing machine in this hotel for a single wash. I approached the front desk for help and a male employee of Indian descent told me the washing machines in the hotel do not belong to the hotel and he does not know which company owns them or whom I can call on this charging error. I asked him can he write a statement on a piece of paper to say I approached him for help on this issue so I can file a duplication charge with my credit card company? He refused and said I cannot quote him on anything (yes, he said the word "ANYTHING"). Neither did he went to take a look at the machine in case another guest suffered the same fate. He just stood there and look totally unconcerned. Basically he didn't want to help or even want to appear to help a hotel guest in distress. He also does not back up whatever he says. This experience with this person really sour up my whole staying experience at his hotel even though I encountered some helpful and hardworking check in and housekeeping staff during my stay.

Housekeeping was excellent. Only snag is room is abit small. Kitchen is not well equipped. Kitchenware was not sufficient. Staff was nice n helpful. Bravo.

The staff is helpful and the location is good. We have a nice dinner nearby.

Thank you for the upgrade to 2 room apartment. Overall, it was a good and pleasant stay. Road ahead offers a decent amount of off-street parking. That's a hood plus point.

The room was cleaned and specious. I was really enjoying the indoor swimming pool.

3rd time staying in the same hotel, great location. i would suggest to the management if rooms are available why not allow early check in ? Less work for the stuff to handle the luggage and crowded check in. How many will pay extra for early check in.

Locate in the city centre, right next to Queen Victoria Market which is very convenient to traveller. The apartment is a bit aging but clean.

good but can do better if parking charge is lower. The location is good.

The place was comfortable but it does not clean the whole apartment during our stay.. you have to remind them if we can. Our sink was full of dirty cups and has to do ourselves when we return late. Apart from that, we have a pleasant stay..the staffs are very helpful.

Had a great time at Pegasus . Very happy with the large Rooftop Apartment rooms.

Convenient location. Clean hotel with good value.

Friendly and faster check in and the place so quiet

Need a bit more detailing in cleaning and in services. Overall a good place but could be much better if Management check the rooms after Housekeeping and if its not impossible do inform the Person in advance when Housekeeping is coming and kindly advise Housekeeping to clean the room on daily basis as on my 3 day stay Housekeeping only came once when I was out and did nothing on the name of cleaning just moved the things from one place to other.
