Nice view nearby the river, self checkin and checkout with is convenient.

Really really bad hotel and terrible hotel staff ! My check-in experience was worst in my life time as compared to my previous 200+ hotels stay. The counter staff had very bad temper, during registration process somehow he became unhappy (which I didn't know the reason) and gradually he SCREAMED at me and YELLED ' if you are not happy here, JUST LEAVE!!' Plus he was talking to himself in Italian which I did't understand at all. Also, the 2nd day another lady expressed a NOT WELCOME facial expression before I head out for sight seeing. Moreover, the room was extremely small and dark even I turned on all the lights. Mosquitos and bugs were in the room.

Rude and stupid staff!! Never encountered such a staff. This is my first day in Italy and I am very disappointed. They were yelling and using rude language. The staff seemed to have hypermale syndrome. It was scary. Besides, there were a lot of bugs in the room and the sound insulation was very poor. It was a terrible night. My advice is to give up the idea of booking this hotel.👎👎

The hotel was a nice surprise.. it is about 10minutes walk from Milano centrale and had everything I needed for a comfortable night’s stay. I was on 2nd floor with balcony and could open window for fresh air and there was aircon. Stairs only though but otherwise all good

Great service, they deserve one more start at least. The receptionist guy was very friendly and kind and even helped me with my luggage. The bedroom was a good size, quite modern actually. They had coffee and some biscoff cookies for us. It’s in a central area, very close to the centrale station! Overall, a good stay! Wish I took better photos!

我在預訂這家位於市中心的酒店之前，已經瞭解到它是一家一星酒店。 由於預算有限，我還是決定在這裏住宿。酒店離火車站非常近，雖然它位於巴基斯坦和黑人社區的街道，但出乎意料的是，無論白天還是晚上，這裏都相對安靜，遠沒有我想象中的那麼吵鬧。 下面的場景很像周星馳國產凌凌漆的麗晶大賓館的感覺。 找到酒店入口後，很兇的女boss，她幫我辦理了入住手續。之後，還有工作人員幫我把行李搬到了樓上。當他們向我介紹房間時，我才驚訝地發現，我的廁所竟然在房間外面。女boss看着我笑了笑，提醒我下次要看清楚。 不得不説，酒店的走廊、房間乃至公共廁所都非常乾淨，而且是那種乾淨到發亮的程度。但是，酒店的隔音效果不佳，門鎖也有些問題。有一次，我試圖鎖門但沒能鎖上，用力過猛還被女boss指責了一番， 我説太難説， 她回答所有的門都是一樣，為了阻止我繼續投訴 她很霸氣的繼續説 good bye **總結：** 酒店交通便利，公共區域保持着高標準的清潔。但如果您的預算允許，我不建議您住在這裏。如果預算有限，我還是建議您多比較幾家酒店，以免需要時間來適應這裏的環境。

前台的**意大利人，態度極其惡劣，看我們是外國人以為我們聽不懂意大利語就在那裡****，極其粗魯什麼臟話都罵，態度是一點沒有耐心也是一點沒有，看了其他平台的評論，他們衹要是客人是外國人就沒有好態度的，房間嗎破的要死，不過也沒辦法就當是花錢買教訓了。不推薦，除非想找刺激或者低血壓的人可以去體驗體驗。

甚至可以自己買菜做飯的旅館，環境不錯，設備齊全，意大利甚至歐洲都可能少有的提供一次性牙刷牙膏和一次性拖鞋，舒服的很

房東還是不錯的，房間乾淨衞生家電齊全。不好的是安排在二樓（實際是在三樓），沒有電梯搬行李就不太方便而已。晚上會沒有暖氣，回房間空調就要開着，不然半夜凍醒再開就很難暖和了

工作人員態度非常惡劣，設施非常老舊，房間內還有蟲子，體驗感極差

服務不錯，位置也方便

房間還可以，這個價格挺不錯的
