This is a really good quality hotel in a nice part of Melbourne. We are Accor Plus members but this night was booked using Emirates points. Accor still gave us a a top floor room with a stunning view and the usual free drink vouchers, which I didn't expect since I didn't book with them. The room was clean with the aforementioned good view and had every thing you need for a short stay. Improvements would be a coffee machine instead of simply a kettle, and a better Chromecast as the one we had just wouldn't work. These are minor issues though. Lifts were very slow, as only one seemed to be operating. Breakfast was efficient and tasty, although the included coffee could be improved and the extra charge coffee was too cold to be enjoyable. All in all an excellent hotel to stay at if you need to stay in the South Wharf end of Melbourne, and we will certainly stay again.

I booked it for S$600 for 3 nights. Very good deal and it is a very nice hotel. Spacious for 2 adults 2 children. Separate shower room and toilet. It would be nice if it comes with bathtub though. Nothing else to complain other than the inconsistency in roomkeeping service. They only topped up amenities like tissue box upon request though it was empty during room keeping. Need to request for extra pillows as only gave 4 per room for 2 queen sized beds. not within free tram zone but only 1 stop away from free tram zone. Usually we will stop at batman park stop and walk back. Links between 2 crown hotels, very convenient.

We were in Melb for the Australian Open and I was looking for hotels near a particular tram stop in the CBD area that had free transport to the Rod Laver Arena. While there are quite a few hotels around, I chose Waterfront Apartments based on the positive reviews I had read. And I was not disappointed! Large living space, full kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, washer and dryer and depending on which apartment you are given, you get a nice view - I had requested for one facing the waterfront, and was lucky to get one. We spent 5 comfortable nights here. Just across us was the shops and restaurants of the Waterfront, so plenty of options. This is also in Melb's Free Tram Zone so you don't have to purchase a Myki card for public transport if you're just going around the central area and the free tram area coverage is large enough. There is access to a pool and sauna for guests but we didn't use them. All in, a good stay!

Fantastic accommodation, friendly staff who were very helpful. The location is a short walk to convention centre and DFO. Trams are also a short walk away. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable with views of the Yarra and the bay. Will be our choice to stay at when visiting Melbourne.

Location was perfect to stroll along Yarra River and adventure a good food with so many choices of fine restaurants. The room we booked was perfect view even just stay in the room we can relaxing just enjoy the Yarra River and city of Melbourne. Definitely will be back money well spent
