El hotel Cordón del Plata está en deplorable estado!!! No vale la pena pagar un centavo por ese lugar! Las alfombras están en ruinas y todas manchadas, la mesada del baño estaba literalmente rota, la bañera estaba horrible (toda saltada) tuvimos que pedir 20 veces que repusieran papel higiénico y toallas porque cuando ingresamos a la habitación no había. En el televisor de mi habitación se veía todo llovido... Los barrales de toallas estaban todos destartalados: colgabas la toalla y se caía el barral al piso. Una vergüenza. El servicio de Internet andaba como el demonio. Pésimo. Aunque lo peor de todo fue la habitación de mis hijos: HABÍA CUCARACHAS! Un horror realmente! Eso me resultó algo inadmisible! Parecía una pocilga. El desayuno tampoco es gran cosa. Obviamente lo dijimos en Recepción. Al principio mucha bolilla no me dieron. Son todos chicos simpáticos, pero demasiado jovencitos los que están en el mostrador. Jamás ví un gerente más adulto y mejor plantado a cargo. Hasta que tuve que pedirles por favor que nos cambien de habitación, o que nos manden al Hotel que tienen justo enfrente (HOTEL M) porque no podía hacer dormir a mis hijos en una habitación con cucarachas!!! Finalmente, logré que las 2 últimas noches nos pasen al Hotel M, que está un poquito mejor, más modernito. Yo humildemente les sugiero que busquen otra alternativa mejor y las empresas de turismo NO envíen pasajeros al Cordón del Plata, porque considero que es un hotel para clausurar, cerrar, fumigar y remodelar urgentemente. No me entra en la cabeza cómo un lugar tan asqueroso puede estar habilitado y funcionando como si nada.Y no creo que a la gente le pueda agradar ese lugar que describo objetivamente y sin exageraciones. Nos llevamos un muy mal recuerdo de las 2 noches que pasamos en semejante inmundicia. MUY FEO. Ojalá los operadores de turismo puedan encontar mejores opciones para los turistas. Yo al Hotel Cordón del Plata NO vuelvo.

El hotel se encuentra estratégicamente ubicado ya que está cerca de la peatonal, de las principales plazas, de la calle Arístides que es la zona gastronómica y además cuentas con varias paradas de colectivo cerca. Del Parque General San Martín está a unas 10/15 cuadras del portón principal. La atención del personal es excelente. Muy amables, atentos a cualquier solicitud. La habitación parecía un departamentito porque era muy amplia, con una cama súper grande y cuenta con frigobar, TV y aire acondicionado. La limpieza es diaria de la habitación si así se desea y el desayuno es completo: tiene fiambre, tostadas, variedad de facturas, frutas, cereales, yogurt, jugo y variedad de infusiones. Recomiendo 100% este hotel.

Apart hotel perfeito! Tudo novo, muito bem equipado, limpo, decoraçao de qualidade e bom gosto. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. O atendimento foi maravilhoso tanto por parte da Gerente, Florencia, por parte dos rapazes da recepçao e pessoal da limpeza (camareiras). Todas as solicitações foram atendidas. Todos muito atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Localização excelente. Local silencioso e muito próximo ao centro de Mendoza.
