Globales Cala'n Bosch

We arrived on Friday night, and went to the show cooking, choose chicken, sat down to eat and found raw chicken. Tried to report, no one would listen. Saturday show cooking raw chicken and Sunday I checked whilst walking by and got the tweezers and put it back on the griddle and the chef carried on cooking it. If it had been a child they wouldn't have seen. I reported to the manager, he told a waitress to move it. I reported to chef totally ignored. I reported to the receptionist she gave me email to send images to. I went out for main meals and just ate salad and no chicken at the hotel. I've looked since and the chunks of chicken are smaller and cooked, but I paid AL and had to eat out. Everything else about the hotel is top notch.

We stayed all inclusive in the cala bosh hotel. Hotel room was a let down, really small and not much room for our suitcases. Bathroom was tiny but served it's purpose. I would say the rooms need updating to make this a four star hotel. Food was ok, it served it's purpose for us for breakfast and lunch but we would go out for food in the evening. No snacks on offer (I only saw crisps which you had to pay for) and never knew which bar would be open for drinks, pool or inside hotel. Would've been nice for the pool bar to be open longer. Pool area was nice, plenty of sun loungers. The entertainment team were friendly but they do a dance to a particular song every morning and afternoon which is annoying and they stand in line greeting you in for lunch which is also annoying. There is a beach but the sea is quite rough for swimming so we walked along to the next beach which is very small so get there early but perfect for swimming. Marina is on your doorstep and has loads of restaurants and bars. Would I go back to this hotel, probably not as I don't think it's a four star hotel but it's in a perfect location.

The Mariner Apartments in calan bosch are lovely and well equipped. The staff are very helpful and pleasant apart from 1 bar person who is full of her own self importance. You are served drinks in plastic glasses till a certain time and have to take your glass back before you get another. The food is terrible very cold and on one occasion the spring rolls were still frozen. We complained to both the management and the Tui Rep. Next day the food was hot but then went cold again. The drinks are sub standard and most of the time the WiFi was none existent. Would not think about going back to these apartments or Hotel

Arrived late after plane delayed from Birmingham and quite a long transfer. As part of our all inclusive package at Globales Marina Apartments, our meals were taken at Hotel Cala’n Bosch over the road from apartments, where the restaurant/canteen? was noisy but clean and food was good, plentiful and varied. Small outside eating area. Hotel has water park and play park and large swimming pool over looking the beach. Water was cold! There are day beds with adjustable shades but every morning they were quite wet. On asking manager about this, she said it was due to humidity/condensation and I suggested they should be dried to protect them and make them usable. As it was, they were left to dry in the sun which depending on the weather which was mostly good, took varying amounts of time. Plenty of sun loungers. Pool bar not open till day before we left. Entertainment team worked had to get people involved in activities. There was live entertainment 3 nights a week but not weekends. All staff friendly and helpful. The beach was covered with large amounts of sea grass which was also in the water. A lady from an environmental agency was monitoring the beach one morning and said they do not remove the sea grass as it is a natural phenomenon and it needs to be left to do its thing ( absorbing carbon). Good walks in all directions (Lighthouse)and also round the Marina.

Just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel, it is very clean, the service is very good. The food was fine, normal menu for all inclusive buffet. Five minutes from the marina, coastal path walks and the bus to go to Ciutadella stops right outside.

Everything on your doorstep good 3 star staff 10/10 location 10/10 bus stop outside to Cuitedella and lot's more .The beach is 30seconds walk from the resort and is safe for all you can walk you'r feet off try the lighthouse one way or the beach coves the other way all have bar's to refresh yourself's .

We stayed at the aparthotel across the road and really can recommend the accommodation, pool facilities and the staff. However when it comes to eat, you go to the sister hotel.. a 4 star hotel. To put into context we stayed the first week of October which I can appreciate is coming to the end of the season but I honestly felt like second class guests. The food was appalling, being served incredibly raw chicken to which we watched staff just bring out more instead of removing contaminated chicken. The food was extremely limited and always cold. The hot plates weren't switched on! And it wasn't just us that were dissatisfied, it was the talk of the pool was the awful food quoting a guest "the salad bar is the most appealing part". It wasn't exactly a cheap holiday so to be served this did leave a lasting bad impression and an extra €200 out of my pocket to pay for decent food in the marina. Great area but unless you're going in peak season, try another hotel!

We would use the hotel again but only as a base Room basic but clean Shower was pretty good, but needs updating. Aircon was awful first night, I don't think it was switched on properly, we complained and they sent someone out, it was brilliant after that. Balcony was nice, we had lovely sea views Pool area at the apartments was lovely and clean. Sun beds ok In main hotel access to beach Negatives My bed was uncomfortable. Cocktails were terrible In the apartment area no music No snacks No bar after 6pm Had to pay for a lolly, only had callippo as end of season. Ran out of straws Food offering progressively got worse, hardly any choice, last week for the hotel before closing and you can tell. People this week get a much less AI experience. Wines, red and white awful, white was warm both times I tried it and the coke was syrupy last few days. This week I've had soggy cereal, stale pastries, and bread, and I've lived on cheese sandwiches, with onion on the days it wad available. Salads good quality, but boring. Lots of pastas, meatballs, fish and chips. Desserts poor, but plenty of fruit. Harbour was closing down ready for end of season, lots of places started shutting end of Sept. Best bit weather had been glorious, and the staff are super friendly. This hotel could be fab if they put some effort in. Would do self catering if returned.

Booked this holiday with TUI, transfer was around an hour and ten minutes from the airport after dropping off at other hotels, check in was quick, staff great and welcoming,our room was ready on arrival and very clean and adequate for the two of us, cleaned every day. food was very good, a wide range ,so something for everyone, restaurant staff were all very polite, worked very hard. Bar staff worked tirelessly all day and night , brilliant! Pool area was clean and tidy, easy access to the beach around 20 metres away, only issue with the pool was the amount of children just doing what they wanted, no respect for anyone , at times some adults were much the same, I like to see people have fun but at times very dangerous. On booking this holiday, we were not informed about the fact that the hotel was predominantly catered for Italian and French tourists, around 5% British, all entertainment was explained in Italian, French and Spanish and broken English, they were all very friendly and tried to involve you in all activities, I have to say , the Bravo entertainment team worked tirelessly and were very good during the day around the pool and their evening shows were brilliant, they were seen practicing in the early hours after their evening shows so well done to them.
