Easy location within walking distance of the centre but also easy access to cheap and accessible parking to visit the rest of the island. Amazing amenities and staff were a highlight, very much recommended.

Wow, well where to start. This hotel is above and beyond! The staff cannot do enough to help and make your stay brilliant. We stayed here for two weeks and during this time it was my partner’s birthday. I asked Dani, a gentleman on reception if he could possibly put some balloons and banners out that I’d brought with me whilst we were out in the day and he went above and beyond organising a bottle of cava and a birthday cake with a personalised note! Absolutely free! Another lovely lady Andre organised the therapist in the spa to contact me personally to organise a treatment which was perfect! The lady who does the spa treatments Elena is just wonderful. She personalised her session to my needs and was just brilliant at her job! I’ve never felt so relaxed. These were just a few personal touches and experiences that make this place so special. The breakfast is lovely and despite not having a bar - there is a free snacks and drink area downstairs with wine, beer, soft drinks, tea, food for you to help yourself to. I’ve never seen this in a hotel before and you can take them to your room as well as sitting in the green room area. I cannot recommend this place enough! It’s within easy walkable distance to the port and Mahon itself as well as having the bus station on your door step! Thankyou for such a beautiful stay and making our holiday such a wonderful one!

The Artiem Capri is situated 10 minutes walk to the Old Town in Port Mahon. The friendly staff, the size and cleanliness of the rooms and the access to the Green Room make this a truly excellent Hotel.

This hotel had everything we could have asked for. The room was spacious, comfortable and kept very clean and tidy.Breakfast provided a wonderful selection of fresh produce . The Green Room is not something we’ve come across previously but was a very lovely place to relax or meet and chat with other people. For us the main thing that stood out above everything was the exceptional staff. Every member of staff we encountered was so welcoming , friendly and helpful and that made our stay such a pleasant experience. A big “thank you “ to you all, you are a great advert for Artiem Hotels.

We stayed at the hotel as part of a package holiday with jet2. The hotel is a modern urban/city style, so doesnt have that 'to die for view'.., but it has a clear and definite 'identity' and focus on customer service and sustainability, which it lives up to. The bedrooms are of a reasonable size, but not large. However there is a huge and very comfortable bed. A good bathroom with walk-in shower. Unusually (and very favourably) there is a kettle in the bedroom. One disconcerting aspect is the use of a smoked glass door between the bathroom and the bedroom, which doesn't (we didn't think) offer a great degree of privacy. But we've been married over 40years, so we could cope ok. Not so sure if you were just friends though. Good sound proofing.., we heard no inter room or interfloor noise, during our stay. The buffet reakfast was excellent.., a great range of foods on offer. A clear focus on healthy nutritional produce too. The range of complimentary items on offer in 'the green room' (free water, light snacks and cakes) just added to the impression that the hotel cares for its customers. Finally the staff on the desk, in the breakfast room and those who serviced the rooms were all friendly charming and helpful. To be honest a real joy to stay here. We will return. We will also look out other Artiem hotels when on our travels.

From the minute we arrived until we checked out we really enjoyed our stay. Every single member of staff was helpful and friendly. The choice at breakfast was excellent and varied. The Green Room with complimentary drinks and snacks was perfect for "chill time" in the afternoon. The room was spacious and very clean indeed, Complimentary towels were provided for the rooftop pool & spa. The Hotel is only a 10 min walk from the harbour area. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel primarily as it was convenient for a late arrival into Mahon airport. As it turned out the hotel was lovely - nice rooms and the “green room” facility for drinks and snacks was perfect for relaxing after a day around the town or island. Location wise the hotel is a short 5 minute walk from both the bus station (so you could use the bus to get between the airport and hotel depending upon arrival times) and the start of the main shopping area in Mahon, and only about 10 minutes from the harbour area.
