Hotel Merced dengan Gim

Truly an amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. Very efficient that the have a restaurant & Starbucks in the lobby. Don't let the hotel food fool you, it is so delicious and it's about the same price, maybe even cheaper, than if you eat out some where else. Indoor heated pool with a working a jacuzzi, like what could you ask for? Oh yea, they had a outside firepit which was great. All in all if you're looking for a great place, with top of the line service, go here to Courtyard by Marriot in Merced!

We just spent two months staying here before we moved into our house. The hotel is pretty standard but the employees made it outstanding! Most mornings were spent with the fabulous, Kit! Kit makes sure that everything on the breakfast set up is just so. She is quick with a smile and so very helpful. Then there is Qay (Spelling?). Qay works the front desk and is a really thoughtful person that made sure we always had what we needed. Qay was a delight and someone we were happy to get to know.

We spent one night at the El Capitan hotel as a stop over while travelling from Yosemite to the Coast. We wished we had stayed longer! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the furnishings and styling were gorgeous and the bathroom and products provided felt luxurious. Merced is a town with lots of lovely bars and restaurants too. We enjoyed breakfast at the Rainbird which was absolutely delicious. There was some noise from the trainline and the surrounding bars but earplugs were provided and it didn’t dampen the experience at all.

I visited the place it’s like a small family and community very good the receptionist helped me in one way or the other the people that help clean the room helped me by giving me some things for my personal hygiene . And the person that really helped was Maria a staff member in the kitchen she was really nice and wanted to know if I need anything engaged in conversations and made sure I wasn’t bored I’ll give the trip a 10/10 Give Maria a raise lol

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Frühstück wir üblich: Continental Breakfast mit Bagel, Toast, Creme Cheese, Obst, Tee, Kaffee, Saft, Oatmeal etc. Das Zimmer war abgewohnt und im Bad waren deutliche Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen, die durch ordentliche Reinigung hätten beseitigt werden können. Außerdem hatte die Putzfrau ein altes Handtuch auf dem Boden vergessen. Aber das allerschlimmste war der Pool: das Wasser verdreckt und es lagen noch Shirts und Sonnenbrillen am Poolrand. Anstatt Liegen standen 7 Stühle bereit. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen des Pools gebucht und waren dementsprechend enttäuscht. Leider wurde auf unsere Beschwerde hin nur gesagt: sorry, hier waren ein paar Studenten über Nacht und ausgerechnet heute war der Poolmann nicht gekommen... Wir möchten dieses Hotel nach dieser Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

TV only rec'd one channel. Very nice clerk couldn't fix, and called manager whose suggestions didn't fix it, either. We asked about switching rooms, but were told that we couldn't since we had already been in the room (what?) Since the TV wasn't critical, we let it go. ALL the lights were very, very bright and very, very white. ALL of them. Room was clean. Mini fridge had no freezer compartment. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Two vehicles experienced break-ins overnight. Police said there is a known transient that all the hotels along that ***** have complained about breaking into vehicles.

I’m not a person who writes reviews but I just had to this time. Our family has stayed in different hotels but this is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. We first stayed there last year and since then we stayed there 2 more times at different times of year as we have had to travel to Merced to visit family. We are a couple with 3 year old boy. Staff there are beyond amazing and have always very welcoming from front desk staff to housekeeping staff to kitchen staff and there cozy delicious welcoming breakfast area. Juanita has always been there when we stayed there assisting us during our breakfast time. She is always attentive and friendly to talk to. There’s always hot foods ready for all guest and if something runs out she is already on it on putting more food out. Front desk staff at all time of day have been very helpful in getting us a perfect room to also assisting in referring us to good food spots and places to take our child like this time the lady who worked at night recommended the famous arcade to take our son and food places to have dinner. We will definitely be staying at this hotel more times in our visits to Merced. Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable to sleep in and our son loves to have his own bed so they also offered us to get a rollaway bed for him and he loved it as it was very comfortable as well. Rooms are always left spotless and cleaned very good. Thank you to all your staff!
