Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Frühstück wir üblich: Continental Breakfast mit Bagel, Toast, Creme Cheese, Obst, Tee, Kaffee, Saft, Oatmeal etc. Das Zimmer war abgewohnt und im Bad waren deutliche Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen, die durch ordentliche Reinigung hätten beseitigt werden können. Außerdem hatte die Putzfrau ein altes Handtuch auf dem Boden vergessen. Aber das allerschlimmste war der Pool: das Wasser verdreckt und es lagen noch Shirts und Sonnenbrillen am Poolrand. Anstatt Liegen standen 7 Stühle bereit. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen des Pools gebucht und waren dementsprechend enttäuscht. Leider wurde auf unsere Beschwerde hin nur gesagt: sorry, hier waren ein paar Studenten über Nacht und ausgerechnet heute war der Poolmann nicht gekommen... Wir möchten dieses Hotel nach dieser Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

We arrived at 1230pm, and the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in early without extra charge. Room was modern, clean, location was convenient (Dennys and Mac's just nearby). Bed was comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer, you just have to put 2.50 for normal wash and 2.50 for normal dryer. Also located close to regional airport for us to catch a flight the next day. Complimentary breakfast was also provided which was a pleasant surprise. Everything exceeded expectations

I travel to Merced 1 or 2 times a month for the past two years from Los Angeles and have stayed here most of the time. Marriot is well known for it's customer service and there is plenty of it here in Merced. From booking the room, to quick check in's, and staying in my most favorite room it is always fast, effiecent and most importantly friendly. Early on they knew my name, had my rewards number on file and quickly booked the room over the phone or for the next month ahead at the best rates without having to fumble through the online process and double checking all the different rates offered by third party online stores. Additionally I might add the front desk services offered by Angel is some of the finest I have observed in 40 plus years of my adult life. Angel certainly is exceptional at his work and it seems to ”rub-off” on the other staff always cordial and willing and smiling to take on any new challenge I offer. For instance, the Jacuzzi most often is the perfect temperature for me to sooth my aching muscles in after a long day of work followed by a work out. One time the temperature was 1 or 2 degrees elevated and they all went to work to make the adjustments more comfortable so I could get the best benefit out of it. Whether it is service in the restaurant and bar, or housekeeping everyone seems on board to make the personal experience comfortable and if possible bring a smile to my face with a simple courtesy of asking how my day is going and if there is anything I need. I would say they are simply Angels here and I am grateful for his and their kind hospitality and plan to stay here each and every time I return to Merced to work or head of to Yosemite for a view of the world most can only imagine.

Manny answered when I called after our arrival time and I told him we couldn’t drive in the dark and he said he would cancel and not charge us and said it’s Christmas I won’t charge you. All I can say to that is, I wish more people were kind and compassionate like Manny. And if we are back in Merced again, I am going to stop and stay there and thank him personally, what awesome customer service, and as a Platinum Choice Privileges Member, I’m letting them know also. Thank you Manny, on a fixed income at Christmas this was a big help!!!

Extremely well maintained. Very clean. Decent breakfast. Fair rate. Jacqueline at the front desk was very nice. Breakfast turned out to be better than it looked at first. Little pancake like eggs, no doubt from a mix, actually tasted good. Yogurt and milk were fresh as were Svensons pastries. Nice Clemintines for fruit. Room is basic as this is the lowest BW level. Not sure I want this Spartan a room, but in a pinch, it will suffice.

PPengguna TetamuI travel to Merced 1 or 2 times a month for the past two years from Los Angeles and have stayed here most of the time. Marriot is well known for it's customer service and there is plenty of it here in Merced. From booking the room, to quick check in's, and staying in my most favorite room it is always fast, effiecent and most importantly friendly. Early on they knew my name, had my rewards number on file and quickly booked the room over the phone or for the next month ahead at the best rates without having to fumble through the online process and double checking all the different rates offered by third party online stores. Additionally I might add the front desk services offered by Angel is some of the finest I have observed in 40 plus years of my adult life. Angel certainly is exceptional at his work and it seems to ”rub-off” on the other staff always cordial and willing and smiling to take on any new challenge I offer. For instance, the Jacuzzi most often is the perfect temperature for me to sooth my aching muscles in after a long day of work followed by a work out. One time the temperature was 1 or 2 degrees elevated and they all went to work to make the adjustments more comfortable so I could get the best benefit out of it. Whether it is service in the restaurant and bar, or housekeeping everyone seems on board to make the personal experience comfortable and if possible bring a smile to my face with a simple courtesy of asking how my day is going and if there is anything I need. I would say they are simply Angels here and I am grateful for his and their kind hospitality and plan to stay here each and every time I return to Merced to work or head of to Yosemite for a view of the world most can only imagine.

PPengguna TetamuI’m not a person who writes reviews but I just had to this time. Our family has stayed in different hotels but this is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. We first stayed there last year and since then we stayed there 2 more times at different times of year as we have had to travel to Merced to visit family. We are a couple with 3 year old boy. Staff there are beyond amazing and have always very welcoming from front desk staff to housekeeping staff to kitchen staff and there cozy delicious welcoming breakfast area. Juanita has always been there when we stayed there assisting us during our breakfast time. She is always attentive and friendly to talk to. There’s always hot foods ready for all guest and if something runs out she is already on it on putting more food out. Front desk staff at all time of day have been very helpful in getting us a perfect room to also assisting in referring us to good food spots and places to take our child like this time the lady who worked at night recommended the famous arcade to take our son and food places to have dinner. We will definitely be staying at this hotel more times in our visits to Merced. Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable to sleep in and our son loves to have his own bed so they also offered us to get a rollaway bed for him and he loved it as it was very comfortable as well. Rooms are always left spotless and cleaned very good. Thank you to all your staff!

Frühstück wir üblich: Continental Breakfast mit Bagel, Toast, Creme Cheese, Obst, Tee, Kaffee, Saft, Oatmeal etc. Das Zimmer war abgewohnt und im Bad waren deutliche Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen, die durch ordentliche Reinigung hätten beseitigt werden können. Außerdem hatte die Putzfrau ein altes Handtuch auf dem Boden vergessen. Aber das allerschlimmste war der Pool: das Wasser verdreckt und es lagen noch Shirts und Sonnenbrillen am Poolrand. Anstatt Liegen standen 7 Stühle bereit. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen des Pools gebucht und waren dementsprechend enttäuscht. Leider wurde auf unsere Beschwerde hin nur gesagt: sorry, hier waren ein paar Studenten über Nacht und ausgerechnet heute war der Poolmann nicht gekommen... Wir möchten dieses Hotel nach dieser Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

PPengguna TetamuManny answered when I called after our arrival time and I told him we couldn’t drive in the dark and he said he would cancel and not charge us and said it’s Christmas I won’t charge you. All I can say to that is, I wish more people were kind and compassionate like Manny. And if we are back in Merced again, I am going to stop and stay there and thank him personally, what awesome customer service, and as a Platinum Choice Privileges Member, I’m letting them know also. Thank you Manny, on a fixed income at Christmas this was a big help!!!

GGillian TongWe arrived at 1230pm, and the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in early without extra charge. Room was modern, clean, location was convenient (Dennys and Mac's just nearby). Bed was comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer, you just have to put 2.50 for normal wash and 2.50 for normal dryer. Also located close to regional airport for us to catch a flight the next day. Complimentary breakfast was also provided which was a pleasant surprise. Everything exceeded expectations

荷荷包蛋早上八點半就被敲門吵醒了，真的挺無語的。一般住的旅館好歹都是九點多才敲門啊。而且沒有Wi-Fi，說壞了。淋浴也沒有熱水，衹有溫水。其他的還好吧，但是總體不滿意。

PPengguna TetamuMerced Inn and Suites was Ramada Inn it's nice , with everything near by gas, grocery store with hot and cold deli's, CVS Pharmacy, and laundry short drive away. Easy access off 99 Merced exit Child's it's right behind the gas station. Main building has the 2 queen bed rooms upper and lower level. The lounge is nice , Mr. Desk Clerk Manager is pleasant as are the housekeeping staff. They are helpful and take needed time to clean rooms all stays are greeted by beds nicely made, rooms have had microwave ,fridge and coffee maker ready to use. The ironing board and iron in closet along with small safe. You'll be comfortable, king rooms are the building in the back side of those have sofa beds and are roomy. Everything that's on informational is here if missing just let them know someone will help. Imagine my surprise finding little soaps, shampoo and conditioner place nicely on bathroom counter and Kleenex too .these amenities in many places are not currently available they are here. I recommend a stay here you're two hours from everywhere you might be headed Central Valley CA Merced.
