This was my first time staying at the Habsburg Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied. Everyone was incredibly welcoming from the moment we entered. From the guy at the lobby entrance to the lady at the counter and every staff member in the restaurant, the service was excellent. One of stuff sis Air was especially kind, offering me yogurt and introducing the food, which allowed me to try many delicious dishes. The Habsburg breakfast was truly abundant, the environment was great, and the facilities were complete! 👍🏻 My family loved it here, especially my kids love this kids room and my husband said we'd definitely stay here again next time…

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located to pedestrian street and Zaolin Park. Close to Metro station. Everything within easy walking distance. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, they made our visit feel extra special. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. Thank you to all the staff, we enjoyed our stay!

There’s only heater so it getting hotter when the night times come, the service was very great I was so impressed. In this room type, they didn’t have a small fridge. This is my first time being here in Harbin and I kinda like it.

I had a very pleasant stay here. Initially, I booked a room without a window, but I found it quite suffocating,especially in winter when it felt dark and gloomy. I asked the receptionist if I could change rooms, and they kindly upgraded me to a spacious room with a window for only an additional 28 RMB. The reception staff were incredibly kind and sweet, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. The location is excellent just a 5 minute walk from Sophia Cathedral and the food market inside the mall. Overall, the combination of friendly service, convenient location, and comfortable room made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable.

Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

Penginapan ini agak sukar dicari, tetapi kami sangat berterima kasih kepada pemiliknya kerana berusaha membalas mesej dan menghantar gambar kepada kami. Ia berdekatan dengan kedai pakaian Manhattan, hanya 4 minit berjalan kaki, dan juga berdekatan dengan banyak restoran. Biliknya luas; selain pintu masuk, ia akan menjadi sempurna. We got the best service beyond the expectation. The hotel staffs are friendly and try to help especially Ms.Tian Jia-Huan (Tina), she can communicate well in English and help us reserve hot pot dinner and talk with the didi driver who took us to the restaurant. The room is spacious and comfy big bed. The toilet bowl is full function. And there are some complimentary snack and drink at lobby with free ice-cream and also complimentary gifts. It’s more than worthy. Highly recommend for this hotel.
