Smoke entered the room through the bathroom exhaust fan at night • Cigarette smell present on the 3rd-floor hallway despite a non-smoking policy • Hotel is labeled non-smoking but an ashtray was placed in the room • Street outside is dirty and the hotel entrance is hard to find without checking reviews in advance

A nice hotel with great location, 5 minutes walk to 中央大街，friendly and helpful staff top notch service (蘑菇and杜丹丹）。Great breakfast and afternoon tea.The bed was really comfortable.Overall we enjoyed our stay! Will come back again 😊 这次入住体验感超棒！酒店位置绝佳，离地铁和商圈都很近，出行购物超方便。房间干净整洁，床品柔软舒服，睡得很好。前台小姐姐蘑菇和下午茶小姐姐杜丹丹服务热情周到，还主动推荐了附近的好吃的，整体性价比很高，会再次选择！

Not my first time staying in this hotel. We'll, would like to say that this time it was above all of my expectations. The room was super clean and the music in a bathroom was nice as usual, but the most unbelievably incredible things was that I got an upgrade from the guys in the reception. Didn't expect that, but super thankful for that. Wish you all the best! Thank you very much 😊

Everything was good about this hotel except that the room thermostat was set too high that the room became stifling. We finally had to turn off the thermostat for the room to cool down and had to open up the blinds/curtains at bedtime for some cold to come thru the window panes. There were no openable windows in the room. We also had to open the door to allow the cooler air in the hallways to come into the room to lower the whole room temperature.

Хороший отель , жили 3 ночи. Удобное расположение в тихом районе. До Хуафу и набережной 10 минут пешком. Вкруг много магазинов и кафе . Полотенца , мыльные принадлежности меняли каждый день. Уборка вроде тоже каждый день . Но видимо очень поверхностная , но нам было норм. Есть завтракали , можно купить сразу при бронировании или отдельно 39 юаней, кофе туда не включен . Если кому то не хочется утром ходить искать , где поесть , очень удобно. Мы брали там только кофе - 15 юаней , вполне достойный и шли гулять , искать где позавтракать. Отдельный жирный плюс - прачечная на 2 этаже . Есть стиралки и сушильные машины . Порошок там уже налит! Я перестирала всю нашу одежду , бесплатно! Это очень круто. Остановилась бы я здесь еще раз - да👍🏻о

Luxurious and grand, One of the best hotels stayed during the trip. Service is great and front reception is very responsive towards any form of request. Conveniently located besides Wanda mall and food and eateries. Scenic besides river views. Will recommend and come back again.

出發來哈爾濱前，做了很多酒店的攻略，因為帶父母出來旅遊，最終選擇了這家全季，想着是新開的，離中央大街很近！從入住那天開始，就覺得工作人員都超級好，很有耐心，每個人都很親切，特別贊！根據我們需求給我們安排房間，還幫我們升級了房間，內部設施也很棒，很乾凈，空間很大，可以看到外景！如果下次還來哈爾濱，不用看其他酒店，絕對首選這家全季！帶父母出來，父母也很喜歡這家酒店！

I had a very pleasant stay here. Initially, I booked a room without a window, but I found it quite suffocating,especially in winter when it felt dark and gloomy. I asked the receptionist if I could change rooms, and they kindly upgraded me to a spacious room with a window for only an additional 28 RMB. The reception staff were incredibly kind and sweet, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. The location is excellent just a 5 minute walk from Sophia Cathedral and the food market inside the mall. Overall, the combination of friendly service, convenient location, and comfortable room made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

this hotel is in an historical Russian building in an excellent location: 中央大街 is a mere five minutes on foot. Some lovely Russian restaurants, 齐齐哈BBQ, and cozy coffee shops are within easy walking distance, too. The staff of the hotel was lovely and very service oriented, and the room was well appointed. In brief: highly recommendable！
