If you're traveling to Harbin, I recommend this hotel. The hotel's unique theme caught our attention. In particular, the smile and passionate service of the staff made us happy during our stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located to pedestrian street and Zaolin Park. Close to Metro station. Everything within easy walking distance. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, they made our visit feel extra special. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. Thank you to all the staff, we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel location is convenient, and the room is spacious with sufficient space for luggage. However, there are several areas for improvement. Room cleanliness could be improved, as the floor was dusty and there was hair and dirt near the TV area, although housekeeping responded promptly when informed. The shower heater was relatively weak and took time to warm up, and the water temperature was occasionally not warm enough. The body wash was also not topped up and ran out on one evening. In addition, the shower area had limited space for personal toiletries, with only wall-mounted dispensers and no extra shelf. Reception service could be more consistent. While the AI delivery machine worked for most of my ******* orders, there was one occasion when assistance was declined initially, and the process was unclear. There was also a noticeable food smell along the Level 4 corridor, soundproofing could be improved due to noise from neighboring rooms, and lift waiting times were longer as the hotel was very fully booked with only two lifts in operation.

The room was beautifully designed, cozy, and comfortably warm. The property is located right in the city center, making it extremely convenient for getting around. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful treats of delicious candies and fresh mandarins 🥰. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Upon departure, we were even given a lovely farewell gift, which was a truly thoughtful touch. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to coming back again 🎀🌟✨❤️

The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable.

Well, it's still on renovation. So when you enter it, you only see a site on construction. Then you see the elevator who sometimes doesn't close. But the room was OK, it was warm, when freezing outside. Even if the room too needed some renovation. It's still a good stay, and I'm sure it'll be a great stay when the renovations will finally be over, as the neighborhood are really nice. And they accept to communicate with different app, wechat or alipay, which was nice of them, as we couldn't communicate via wechat.

We got the best service beyond the expectation. The hotel staffs are friendly and try to help especially Ms.Tian Jia-Huan (Tina), she can communicate well in English and help us reserve hot pot dinner and talk with the didi driver who took us to the restaurant. The room is spacious and comfy big bed. The toilet bowl is full function. And there are some complimentary snack and drink at lobby with free ice-cream and also complimentary gifts. It’s more than worthy. Highly recommend for this hotel.
