Smoke entered the room through the bathroom exhaust fan at night • Cigarette smell present on the 3rd-floor hallway despite a non-smoking policy • Hotel is labeled non-smoking but an ashtray was placed in the room • Street outside is dirty and the hotel entrance is hard to find without checking reviews in advance

Stayed at Pai Hotel near Sofia Church and Central Street and it was a solid choice. Location is excellent for sightseeing, and getting around by Didi is easy. Staff were patient and helpful during check-in, even using a translator app. Room was simple but clean with daily housekeeping. Lobby has free hot water, a microwave, and luggage storage. Heating was good during winter. Just note that rooms facing the train can be noisy.

Nice stay at 7 Days Premium Sophia Cathedral. The location is very good with many eateries nearby and easy access to the surrounding area. The place is convenient and comfortable, making it a good choice for a short stay.

The room was beautifully designed, cozy, and comfortably warm. The property is located right in the city center, making it extremely convenient for getting around. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful treats of delicious candies and fresh mandarins 🥰. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Upon departure, we were even given a lovely farewell gift, which was a truly thoughtful touch. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to coming back again 🎀🌟✨❤️

Lokasinya mudah dan anda boleh berjalan kaki ke stesen kereta api, Central Street (Pedestrian Street), Bazao Pasar/Gereja (tidak jauh). Terdapat juga perkhidmatan simpanan bagasi *****tara percuma selepas daftar keluar untuk mengelak daripada menyeret bagasi👍🏻

This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is very close to the main interchange between the first and second lines of the subway, meaning that you can get to major tourist destinations (like Ice and Snow World and ZhongYang street) very easily.  The staff are very helpful. They helped us use the coffee machine in the foyer and recommended good restaurants. They were also good when I was feeling sick. They gave us lollies to give me energy and information for the hospital.    The hotel was very clean, had free laundry machines and had a very inviting lobby. The lobby had an assortment of warm drinks, some sweets, and snacks. It was also nice and warm, especially compared to the frigid temperatures outside. There was also quite a bit of comfortable seating to rest on.  If I ever return to Harbin, I will definitely stay here again.

Great location for solo traveler including families. The hotel is close to public transport, restaurants and main attractions, which made getting around very easy and sightseeing stress-free and convenient. The hotel staffs are also very polite and helpful !

We got the best service beyond the expectation. The hotel staffs are friendly and try to help especially Ms.Tian Jia-Huan (Tina), she can communicate well in English and help us reserve hot pot dinner and talk with the didi driver who took us to the restaurant. The room is spacious and comfy big bed. The toilet bowl is full function. And there are some complimentary snack and drink at lobby with free ice-cream and also complimentary gifts. It’s more than worthy. Highly recommend for this hotel.

Compared with hotels located on Central Street, this hotel is more budget-friendly while still offering a comfortable stay. Central Street is approximately a 20-minute walk away, and Shangzhi Street Metro Station can be reached in about 18 minutes on foot. Some room types have been newly renovated, and the facilities are adequate with all basic amenities provided. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and responsive. Given the reasonable price, this hotel is a solid choice, especially during peak seasons.

Well, it's still on renovation. So when you enter it, you only see a site on construction. Then you see the elevator who sometimes doesn't close. But the room was OK, it was warm, when freezing outside. Even if the room too needed some renovation. It's still a good stay, and I'm sure it'll be a great stay when the renovations will finally be over, as the neighborhood are really nice. And they accept to communicate with different app, wechat or alipay, which was nice of them, as we couldn't communicate via wechat.
