The hotel is great and the location is good for my business but the attention of the personal is not that good b3cause my wife doesn't speak English and the personal at check in didn't help her and she had to use her phone to use the translator. She was asking for somebody who speaks Spanish and the 3 persons at desk didn't do anything to help her.

Hotel great location just too far from all of my activities so the driving was draining. When research it said it was closer and got there, it wasn’t

the staff was very pleasant, the location was next to a highway to link you to the city & a great mexican restaurant right next door

The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Hardly any water came out from the shower head. They charge $4.00 for parking per day and $17.00 each for breakfast. Would not stay there again.

I stayed in room 613 (i think) which was supposed to be a king bed room, and it was a single queen. The maintenance dude even measured the bed and confirmed. Then the front desk people were like oh well, cant help you.

Property was clean, advertised free breakfast but was charged each day

I rented this hotel for my parents, it was a quick trip so they left early in the morning. On the website they offered to pay extra so they can get breakfast which I did pay and in the morning the front desk asked them to pay for breakfast. Why do they offer something if they are going to charge it again?

We had a tech guy come to our room because we didn’t know how to turn on the menu on the TV. He came really fast and he was really sweet. However, the rugs in the hallways probably needed to be cleaned a little bit. But other than that, I think it was a great day.

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed at in YEARS. Cheap and awful. The bedding is insanely uncomfortable. The door handle to the bathroom barely closed. The carpet in the hallways were dirty and disgusting. It was embarrassing.

It did the job. Lobby area was nice. The rest was well loved, you could say. But they charge you for parking in a very unpopulated, uncrowded part of Englewood. I just thought that was petty. Beware of hidden fees when you buy through *******. Read the fine print. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

The room and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was stoic and unhelpful. We asked to stay another night including breakfast and were not given vouchers and the price of the room doubled. The breakfast should have been free. Oatmeal, cereal, toast and hot food that wasnt hot or even real food was highly disappointing. For $16, we should havehad a waiter and optiona with real food. Based on the food and the man writing down room numbers ans not replenishing the little food they have, I woukd never stay here again. There wasnt even silverware and a famiy had to eat cereal with their hands. There was clean silverware waiting to be wrapped, but the guy stood there, waiting to be asked to replace items. Both the front desk ans the guy behind the bar were oblivious and on their phones while people walked around the breakfast area completely disappointed they spent $16. I had an engish muffin and eggs. I do not recommend this place at all. We could have enjoyed a $16 meal at an official restaurant.

Clean and quiet. Free coffee. Expensive breakfast which we did not partake. Very nice staff.

Property was nice but lack of daily housekeeping and I thought when I made my reservation it included complimentary breakfast but it did not.

Hotels confirmed with me that I had a changed reservation for the 2nd but when I got to the hotel I was told they never confirmed the change and that I didn’t have a room. I was told the manager called hotels and spoke with them about my original reservation. Not once was I informed that my confirmed request was not actually made with the hotel.
