Location is great! Room is nice and tidy. Check-in is easy after calling the customer service through the iPad.

The location is superb, room was clean, spacious and with a nice balcony. The room provided all you need on a leisure trip. The only downside was it was super complicated and time consuming to contact the hostel for entrance pin, check-in procedure and check-in number. We asked the front desk receptionist of our previous hotel to call the hostel number stated on trip.com booking confirmation email in morning, but no one picked up; called again at 3pm, and the hostel hotline said the number was wrong and referred us to call another number. If we did not have the assistance from a Japanese local receptionist from another hotel, I dont think we could get the entrance pin and check-in procedure information smoothly. I recommend this hostel to Japanese local, or tourists with a Japanese mobile number to make calls/able to find assistance from Japanese local people.

Large room, clean, cosy, very convenient location. Just next to Bus terminal to airport. I would recommend this service apartment

Room was a decent size, fully equipped with washing machine, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave. Very clean. Unfortunately I did not receive the email with the entry code for the main entrance. That resulted in my waiting outside in the cold for almost an hour before getting the code through Trip.com customer service, before I could enter the building and into my room. Also, Staytus only has a phone number to call for emergencies - it would be helpful to have at least an email alternative also, since foreigners may not have a mobile phone that can make calls in Japan.

住宿就在中央站對面，只需要走2分鐘便到，酒店也不難找到，外觀很顯眼。房間非常大，能打開2個行李箱。房內很乾淨衛生，房間裏有洗衣機，浴室內有乾衣功能，非常有用。下次會再入住。

自助check-in/out 超級方便快捷， 房間及床上用品十分舒適， 附近街上到處是付費停車場， 自駕的不用擔心沒位置停車， 房間洗手間浴室十分整潔、惟一美中不足是房內提供的拖鞋好多塵

호텔 위치, 트윈룸 기준 방 크기, 청결도, 서비스 전부 마음에 들어서 다음에 또 가게 된다면 이용할 것 같습니다 잘 머물다 갑니다!

酒店全自助check in, 過程尚算簡單，快捷 房間空間比一般酒店大，有洗衣機可以用 有簡單的煮食爐可以自行煮食。 周邊有不少停車場，要自費，適合自駕遊

Немного запутанный въезд. Несмотря на то что попытался всё заранее подготовить к въезду согласно пришедшим письмам, частично пришлось заполнять заново на планшете у входа. Также потребовался обязательный видеозвонок, хотя в письмах он не упоминался. Но в целом всё неплохо. Расположение просто лучше всех похвал, самый центр Кагосимы со заведениями и вокзалом, от которого в том числе идут и автобусы в другие части города. Также безумно удобно расположена остановка штатл-басов до аэропорта, буквально в нескольких метрах от жилья. Внутри всё необходимое для проживания, приличная студия, хотя вторая большая кровать излишняя, использовали для вещей вместо шкафа, который как раз по логике должен был бы быть вместо этой второй большой кровати.

酒店位置很方便，鹿兒島機場大巴下車後步行3分鐘就到了，jr站過個馬路也到了。 事先按照郵件教程辦理入住手續，入住很絲滑。 房間在日本來説挺寬敞了，廚房鍋碗瓢盆洗潔精抹布一應俱全。 入住時按人頭配好毛巾洗漱用品，入住期間無人打掃房間，但是自己收拾下也很方便，房間裏三個大垃圾桶夠用。 總體滿意。

有確認信發到郵箱 但入住啥還是遇到了小問題 不過門口PAD可以立刻進行視頻 還是很不錯的。缺少放東西的櫃子。

位置非常好對面是空港旅遊巴士，附近多商場和食肆，全幢8層，清潔衛生，喜歡有洗衣機及乾衣功能，有浴室寶抽乾衣服，下次會再入住，缺點是入住當日才有大厦入口和房間密碼。
