The hotel and staff itself are great. Nothing is too much hassle. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The main issue is the location however. Really not a nice part of the city I’m afraid and it’s about a 20 minute walk to anything approaching civilization. Other than that a really great hotel😜

出門就是貧民窟,窗外2米臟亂差,附近5公里沒有任何餐廳超市,設施老舊,地毯上都是污漬,保險櫃是壞的,房間非常小,最重要的是非常不安全,陽台外連着貧民窟的樓,隨時爬過來,描述與圖片根本不符合,整個酒店非常老和温德姆也沒有任何關係,實際上2星都沒有,並且當我們到達以後不允許退款,妥妥的騙子,這個地區最差的酒店,海邊20多塊很新的的酒店環境好很多

Pros: Great Breakfast Nice Room Some staff extremely helpful Cons Only heating working - no cooling possible Noisy Booked room that - Fits 3 People - when I arrived they charged me extra for the 3rd guest - which was a child - false advertisement on booking page, Most staff were very helpful, some extremely sour and not very hospitable. No need to mention names.

clean, cosy, welcoming staff behaved very nice; we expected a littşe reacher breakfast but what was served was fresh; there was hot tea available all day long. I wouldn't count the hotel for a long stay' but for transit it's ideal

Hello there! My name is Erik Mustafin. My Ref: 05461798 I have to say that I had enough patience but now I'm sick of it. First of all, I was cheated by your hotel in Mersin. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

I did like the cooperation with the staff when I told them I'm arriving late at night at 2am.. They shared the IBAN and I settled my account. However, a friend visited and they didn't allow him in. I went down and accompanied him up.. I had some work to finish and we could have coffee. The receptionist sent us a staff who was so aggressive to my friend saying he either pays for the night in the room or he leaves. We obviously left but that was seriously unexpected and very rude.
