Good location. Not the cleanest room but they came and cleaned agin. And it was better. There was a smell in the adjoining hall that smelled like sewer? Didn’t ask what it was.

Saya sangat mengesyorkan Sheraton ini. Kemudahan yang sangat bagus, restoran dan bar yang mewah dan bagus. Bilik-bilik adalah sangat bersih dan luas. Kakitangan sangat mesra dan membantu. Saya pasti tinggal di sana lagi..

We stayed here for one night before flying out from Mesa Gateway Airport, Location was good, Hotel was very nice. Our flight was leaving early in the morning, so I wanted a hotel close to the airport. A little more than what I wanted to spend but it ended up being a good place to stay before leaving early in the morning. It worked out perfect.

This Hotel Is Not In The Safest Part Of Town. Hotel Employees Need To Go To Customer Service School. Terrible Customer Service. Housekeeping And Maintenance Personnel Need To Be Retrained. Quite A Few Shady People Staying At This Hotel. Had To Return To Lobby, My Room Key Kept Malfunctioning. No Place To Hang Your Clothes In The Room. Food Left In Mini Fridge When I Got to My Room. Which I Had To Throw Out. Walls Are Paper Thin, Heard All The Neighbors Throughout The Night. Furniture Needs To Be Replaced. Light Switches Were Installed Upside Down. Parking Lot Floods (Puddles Bad) During A Rain. Will Never Stay There Again! Choice Hotel...You Need To Check On This Property, It's An Eyesore And A Bad Name For Your Name!

Merry Christmas from Mesa! Dad and I traveled from sunny California to spend Christmas with my beautiful daughter, Rebecca and her family. The Holiday Inn was warm and welcoming. Chi, our hotel contact, texted and made sure everything was perfect. This was such a nice touch for traveling out of state. We had forgotten some things and Chi was helpful in directing us to the local Wal-Mart. It us just down the road.

TEMPAHAN PROSEDUR PERUBATAN: Saya menempah bilik untuk diri saya dan anak perempuan saya kerana saya menjalani prosedur pada tulang belakang saya dan saya terpaksa berada dekat dengan Dr hingga 24 jam selepas itu. Saya menempah hotel ini kerana ia mempunyai sarapan percuma dan kolam renang luaran, sesuatu yang boleh dinikmati oleh anak perempuan saya semasa saya tidur tanpa bius. Semasa ketibaan, kami diberitahu bahawa kami akan dikenakan bayaran deposit yang boleh dikembalikan sebanyak $200, yang tidak dimaklumkan kepada saya semasa membuat tempahan bilik, kolam renang ditutup yang tidak didedahkan kepada saya masa tempahan dan sarapan pagi tidak dihidangkan. Saya sangat kecewa apabila mengetahui bahawa semua sebab saya menempah hotel khusus ini adalah untuk kemudahan yang ditawarkan. We had to ask for our room to bed made up if we wanted that done or anything else that needed to be done. Clean glassware, conditioner etc that we needed which was annoying. If you book with a 3 party the kind of room you booked is not guaranteed. We had asked for a king size room. When we got here. We were told they didn’t have any. They sent us to an unmade room with two queen beds and we went back and were told oh yes, there was a king and we could have it not sure what that was all about, as far as the conditions of the hotel, they’re great but it’s just the constant having to ask for everything that was so annoying. Oh also, if you book with a third-party, you don’t get any of your Bonvoy points
