Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! This hotel is incredible! The staff is very friendly and willing to help in practically anything you might need… cribs, hi chairs, transportation, directions, concierge, security and always with an honest smile on their face. Location is extraordinary, steps away from Reforma Ave. where you can find all types of attractions for any age. The restaurant in nice and the food was delicious. Breakfast buffet is a must. Price/value is amazing! Thanks and congratulations to all the staff at Laila! See you again soon.

This is my 4th time at the hotel and by far the worst. The room was far lower quality than my last 3 stays. Would probably not stay again based on this. The price for what I got was extremely disappointing when usually it’s fantastic

Before booking here you need to know what to expect! The location is great for visiting lots of places in Mexico City, it also feels safe, but since the area is full of night clubs you'll hear their music throughout the night especially at weekends which is not ideal. The hotel is good value for money but as a result amenities are very basic if not lacking. We had one roll of toilet paper when we arrived, and no paper tissues. No face or hair towels, just one hand towel and 2 bath towels (for 2 people). Only one hook in the bathroom. Toiletry bottles so badly designed it was hard to get the shampoo out. Only one key card for two people. The lift broke down one day, so we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. Breakfast is basic with few veggie options and no black tea at all. The biggest problem by far is that our room was on the 4th floor, where the kitchen and breakfast room are. Every morning at 6.30am, we were woken up by kitchen noises and food smells. One morning there also was a very loud engine noise. We were told this was the vaccum cleaner from the café on the ground floor of the building, which they could do nothing about. Believe me, it was LOUD. The best thing about this hotel is possibly their digital concierge Oscar; a whatssap number you can text, which gave us plenty of tips for transport and restaurants.

Lokasi yang sangat baik dan bagus kerana biliknya besar. Terdapat banyak restoran di kawasan kejiranan, jadi tidak ada kesulitan.

The shower was cramped and awkward with the door hitting the bathroom door. The water pressure was incredibly weak in the shower, but too strong in the sink, making a mess. The only window in the room faced into the hotel hallways so people could see you. The sheer curtains were on the inside so the only way to close the full curtains was to open them up completely and expose yourself before being able to close them again. Parking required talking to the attendant and getting a new ticket each time, which was annoying and a waste of time. The bed linens didn't fully cover the comforters - I hope they get washed each time? No power outlet on one side of the bed. LED strip lighting was falling down and made it too bright as it's not supposed to be seen directly.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.
