Condesa Square by Rentinba

This is a lovely property, the only issue was the extremely noisy renters above us.

I think this property needs A/C as it is too stuffy inside and one cannot get good sleep sadly.

Everything was very clean and modern. There was a tv in every room and it also had a small kitchen with plates and cups ready at your disposer. The security lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful, over all very pleased with everything.

This is a beautiful property, fully rehab. It’s an old building that has been fully rehabbed into something beautiful. I love that the apartment was spacious and had everything you need if you want to cook. I will definitely be back and stay here again.

This is an extremely well-managed complex with modern tastefully decorated fully furnished apartments. The front desk is attended 24 hours, 7 days a week and our apartment was serviced every other day by the wonderful Carmen. My husband and I had a 2-bedroom apartment which had a lovely rooftop terrace, well equipped kitchenette, 3 flat screen TVs, compact bathroom, and comfortable lounge and dining area. There’s a gym and a laundromat with a super large washing machine and dryer allocated to each apartment. (The machines are so large that our 10 kg load only half-filled the machine!) The downsides were that it was quite noisy (we had to leave the windows open because it was warm) and our apartment was at the top of 3 steep flights of stairs. This was a challenge when I organised our grocery delivery which included 4 x 10 litre bottles of drinking water to get us through our week-long stay (perhaps a water filter would be helpful!) This is a great option for a Mexico City stay.

Todo muy bien. La propiedad muy bien equipada. Muy buena ubicación para nuestros planes. El único pero que pongo es que nos tocó la planta baja y se escucha ruido de la calle y de adentro del edificio muy de cerca. Lo demás muy a gusto.
