酒店服務員大多會英文，彈出來旅遊必須攜帶個人清潔用品包括拖鞋。酒店提供嘅洗衣服務非常之貴但落樓下隔離街有一間洗衣舖 lobby有大螢幕可以睇波，總共有三間餐廳其中一間的牛扒很不錯。值得一試

El hotel está ubicado en pleno centro histórico, lo que es ideal para conocer la ciudad. La limpieza resultó ser excelente. El personal muy amable y dispuesto, con especial mención al staff de recepción tanto a la llegada como a la salida. En cuanto al personal de restauración pueden mejorar la organización y la coordinación en el desayuno, donde creemos que tienen posibilidades de mejorar y ofrecer una experiencia del todo satisfactoria.

Most enjoyable stay. Everything like clockwork. Efficient check inn . Professional staff. Great location. Close to shops, laundry service, restaurants. Will book there again. I would recommend this hotel to anyòne wanting a clean place to stay. Large room and very quiet.

Located in the city center and really convenient to take the subway just next door to ibis. That’s line 3. Spend 5 Pesos to move around in Mexico City. 5 minutes away to the Park and 10 minutes to Place of Art. Three Chinese restaurants and 7/11 , supermarket next to hotel. Bring your bottle for cold or hot water at the ground floor.

This is my 4th time at the hotel and by far the worst. The room was far lower quality than my last 3 stays. Would probably not stay again based on this. The price for what I got was extremely disappointing when usually it’s fantastic

La ubicación es perfecta ! Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y la atención del personal fue excelente. Volvería 😝

어플로 사전 결제완료했는데 확인이 안된다며 다시 결제하라고해서 휴대폰에 저장된 예약번호와 결제된 내용까지 확인시켜주었는데도 모른다고했다. 한참을 그러고 나서야 트립닷컴 어플인걸 확인했다며 사과없이 룸으로 안내를 했으나 룸기도 고장. 곧 다시 교체해주었다. 방은 깨끗하고 시설은 괜찮았으나 몸컨디션이 좋지않아 에어컨의 온도를 올려놓고 잠들었는데, 한밤중에 누군가 방안으로 강제로 침입했다. 침입한 사람들은 직원이었고 그들은 방온도가 이상해서 확인하러 왔다고 했다. 그런데 분명 고객이 방에 있는걸 알고 있을텐데 어떠한 호출이나 노크도 없이 무단으로 침입해서 무척 당황스럽고 무서웠다. 직원들은 친절했으나 손님에 대한 배려가 전혀없다. 두번다시 가고싶지 않은 호텔. 동남아의 3만원짜리 방보다도 못한 서비스였다.

The location is very good. Surrounding there are many restaurants and Cafes. The metro station just few minutes to walk. The concierges are friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious. Special is the omelet made very good. The room is modern and comfort.

This place gets a no from me. Principally, it's because we were awoken at 7A to smoke filling the room. I went out to the living area and proceeded to have a panic attack because I couldn't breathe. For the record, the hallways were much better. I rushed downstairs and stayed outside until the front desk could send someone up to do something to make it better. Definitely not a relaxing experience. Now, the hotel would say, we left a piece of paper on the check-in counter for you explaining this would happen. Yes, you did, but this is unacceptable all the same. Some folks will have asthma or other breathing issues and this could be potentially very serious for them to deal with. I happened to have a cold. Giving notice on check-in isn't enough notice. In addition, most of the lights were that bright white light I hate because it reminds me of hospitals. Plus, certain window areas were filled with dust. Ick. Just not a good hotel experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the room service prompt, and the breakfast downstairs was fine so two stars.
