Location was great near to airport, breakfast wasn’t great we could feel some things weren’t fresh and we got to breakfast early 😞.

Convenient as it is near airport and there is free shuttle bus transport. As stated in their website, they have free transport provided to the town area

Only 10 min walk from terminal, room with fridge was warm and clean. Tv even had BBC. Very impressed getting this quality at a very good price in expensive Switzerland. Didn't eat or drink there so can't comment. Room serviced each day, good bed.

I would strongly recommend against this hotel. First, the air conditioning barely cools the room. Even at the maximum setting, it's barely cooler then the outside. Second, the staff is broadly unhelpful, and frankly rude

The air conditioner is not working in my room,we called them from the first day and they didn't came and we called the second day and a guy came and checked the air conditioner and said it needs to be repaired the next day and we called again on the third day aswell, they keep saying he's coming but no one came waited till 1am in the night no one came and they did not did the room service as well

The shuttle service and the free tickets for local trains and buses are for sure is very helpful and convenient. Room service didn't top up our shampoo/body wash. Complimentary drinks was put in the refrigerator which we were not aware of only until they last day of our stay. Overall the staffs are helpful and will definitely stay there again.

Overnight stay before an early flight from GVA Airport. The bus shuttles were good with 2 very helpful drivers. The hotel room was disappointing. With a faulty light in the bathroom, a faulty kettle and a power cut which affected the room at 21:15. The engineer sent to look at it did NOT bring a flashlight!!!
