Hotel AC Hotels by Marriott di Miami

love the room, there're so many fast food restaurants across the hotel. breakfast is super!

This is our new FAVORITE Miami hotel. We are Platinum Elite members and stay at Marriott properties all over the world. We reside a few hours drive from Miami so we come to the city often for arts, dining, concerts, and little get-aways frequently. We recently stayed here July/August 2022 and had outstanding customer service from the valet to housekeeping to front desk. Room was spotless, front desk called a few minutes after we got into our room to check that everything was ok, housekeeping request was fulfilled within a few minutes, front desk was always helpful and courteous, valet staff were great and we just love the views offered but this property. I love being able to choose a relaxing rain shower from up above or a more powerful shower jet from the regular shower head. Theres a Publix just a couple blocks away as well as the Brickell City Centre mall. Three a great size fridge to stock up on water and snacks and also a safe. We love being able to walk to so many things and highly recommend this property for a little getaway. Everyone knows that post-covid we have to be a little more patient with new hotel / airline staff in general and maybe we have to wait on some lines here and there but honestly, I was so impressed but these people I could not think of one thing they could have done better. When looking for a hotel, I did not realize that Element and AC were actually in the same building. The only difference the I observed was that Element has a short-order cook at breakfast so you can get pancakes or little egg things but AC side has a nice breakfast spread too. I'm not a breakfast person so I really don't care but kids might like the pancakes at Element side.
