I booked and paid with tax but at hotel took Residental fee, that is too high🙃. Almost 200usd.

Hotel muy bien ubicado ,instalaciones algo viejas ,zona de jardines y piscina . Tienda dentro hotel pequeña y con poca variedad,principalmente para tomar desayuno o un snack.

酒店性格比高，設施服務都好，代客泊車非常好，泳池出去就是沙灘，外出南沙灘商業街也近。值得選擇。

Muchos problemas con la limpieza de la habitación, la cual dejábamos a las 10 de la maña y a las 6 de la tarde seguía sin hacer. No hay una sala para poder ducharte y cambiarte el día del check out. Personal muy variable en cuanto a la actitud. Muucho q mejorar para lo q cobran!

The mattress had bugs and had to be changed. Mold in some areas. The staff didn’t want to recognize I had breakfast included in my rate. Every day there was a different kind of problem. I will never recommend this. It was a torture.

It had great access to the beach. It was walkable to everything we wanted to do. It was a fun vibrant area but quiet for sleeping in the room.

The property is beautiful and the staff is so personable. I look forward to my next stay again in a few weeks when I come back to Miami Beach for a convention I am working.

If you are a fan of south beach then this property is located in the perfect location! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property itself is bit dated but everything works as it should. So if you want to stay in south beach for a reasonable price this is the place for you.

My stay at the Royal Palm was pretty good. I echo other travelers that they should have room in the refrigerator for guest’s personal items and that it’s not filled up with hotel upsell items. Loved the location and the staff was very friendly.

I called several times to confirm they had valet at the hotel before we srrived. When we arrived, we were told there is no valet available. The parking garages in the area are closed. They told me to try another hotel. The hotels in the area said they only valet for their own guests. This is not what I expect when paying Bonvoy prices.
