Hotel was nothing like what was depicted in photos on *******. The first room was terrible next to the elevator, stains on floor and walls, bathroom was bad, hair in the tub, bed was so sneaky that you couldn’t move. Second room was better looking but dirty still, I wouldn’t recommend for the price.

Liliana C. at the front desk made my wife and feel very welcomed and assisted with all our questions and needs,with her warmth and hospitality. She made us feel like very special quests at the hotel.

We enjoy our stay at this property, and would stay again
2 things to consider: you will be ask to pay a 40$ fee per day ,
Also we had a room on the fifth floor and could hear the music outside until early morning .

This hotel was great. It’s right across south beach. It has bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs to access. Bonus, breakfast included. Worth paying extra few dollars.

Pros: The service received by staff of the hotel was superb. This hotel is located in a prime location to experience SOBE nightlife and cool breeze from the ocean. In walking distance there are many restaurants and shops. There is a sweet aroma that spreads throughout the lobby and halls. Our room was pretty clean.
Cons: The hotel itself is old. I highly recommend an upgrade. Our room and bathroom was super small. The toilet ran the entire time, therefore we used the lobby bathroom multiple times. The cracks in the shower were filthy and filled with putty as if they keep patching instead of replacing what needs to be replaced. The bathroom sink had stains in it as well. The floor needed to be mopped bc our socks were dirty.

Disliked no coffee before 8 am that really really sucks there should be a coffee machine available in the lobby by 5 or 6 we are early birds so are a lot of others also night of Thursday 15 we had no sleep as some young people partied all night music blaring and singing talking extremely loud but no staff intervened even though we were right over front desk it was terrible

Great location. Access to the beach. Room and bathroom is small but big comfy beds. Breakfast is ok but the beach breeze is lovely.

Convenience and location of the hotel is amazing. The hotel itself is old and in my opinion run down. They served the same thing everyday for their free breakfast. Sausage, pancakes and eggs. They don’t have coffee for the residents until they open at 8;00, and trying to find parking is a nigh**are for those of us who are not familiar with the area let alone the state. I would suggest staying on Ocean Drive, but if I go back it definitely won’t be there.
