Hotel charge “resort” free $33 per person daily. No worth! Ugly to find parking also.

O atendimento deste Hotel é péssimo. A atendente Lili é mal educada. Já estive hospedado neste hotel por diversas vezes, e a postura da atendente sempre foi essa. Ela não dá nem bom dia aos hóspedes. Não recomendo o hotel.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and nicely updated. They were able to check me in early. Only complaint i would have is that the beach bartender was a bit rude and made awful drinks so i stuck to drinking beer. Its my 3rd time staying here and I would stay again.

Great location, and proximity to the convention center. Property is on the beach, very clean, front desk representative was very helpful and professional. The only thing that was missing is a Microwave in the unit.

The property was very clean, secure, and staff were polite. I had to ask a lot of questions regarding parking, beach use, etc.,no information was offered. The food in the adjoining “restaurant” was terrible. The bartender in the outside bar, near the pool, overcharged me ($3.00) per drink. Parking in the hotel lot is $$ and antiquated- you have to call the front desk from the parking-lot gate, and tell them you want entry to the lot, and they use a remote control from across the street to open the gate. The rooms have a mini fridge but there is no microwave anywhere on the property to use. (Also, the safe in our room did not work).
The rooms have a coffee maker, but no option for tea (and no creamer for coffee). The beds are very comfortable and there seems to be adequate hot water for showers. The lobby is nice and looks upscale but this property is definitely low budget. A few more small additions and comforts would make it just a tiny bit nicer.

This was by far one of my worst experiences in a hotel. Staff did care about anything. If you use the room phone they won’t pick up. The guests are super loud and the walls are extremely thin. Would not recommend to anyone.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There were roaches. Used soap in the shower. Filthy. We left at 4am because we could not sleep and the hotel would not refund us. They were so rude and said we should of left earlier. HORRIBLE do not stay here.
