There is no good internet, and sugar, coffee, or water are not provided except once. A complaint was made at the reception, but no one cared at all. The service is not good.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was nice. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying experience.

Staff are super nice , polite and helpful !!! Location is great !! Bed was comfortable, modern bathroom , coffee machine is Lavazza !! Pool is beautiful and gym is awesome ! I will definitely come back !

Great hotel, we stayed here before catching our cruise. Lovely rooftop area and very clean throughout. Only criticisms (which I hope can be easily rectified) - 1. Staff were unnecessarily slow at the rooftop bar serving drinks 2. The touch screen on the gym monitors didn’t seem to work properly, one of the running machines also played up

Great hospitality service received

I stayed at the Novotel Hotel for 2 nights with my husband and three month old son. THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL. If you’re looking for a hotel to party and smoke pot, this is the place for you! Do you care about people screaming down the hallway at 4 am? If not, this is the place for you! It’s about 5 blocks removed from everything, so it’s on its own island, so to speak, so if you don’t mind being a spring breaker away from all the action, have at it! If you’re part of a young family, looking for family oriented accommodations, again, NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY. I’m currently nursing my 2 month old and when I asked if there was anyway to adjust the temperature of the fridge (it was just colder than room temperature), the staff admitted that the refrigerators are horrible. I then walked down to the lobby to see if they could provide any reasonable accommodations to store pumped breast milk, and the manager avoided eye contact, and told one of the Stacy members that they could give me ice. Management hides behind front line employees. This place is terribly mismanaged and is for the 21-26 crowd that’s looking for a cheap place to crash after a rowdy night out.

No había buen servicio al cliente, no había agua para beber en las habitaciones

旁邊就有大型超市，很方便。樓下餐廳吃飯也很方便。房間很新，隔音不太好。衞生間如果有洗髮香波就更好了。頂樓上游泳池景色不錯。
