Its location is good and fancy. Perfect for single travelling. Rooms a little small.

The room was smaller than I thought but very comfortable for one person.

酒店不大，房間也不大，游泳池也不大，但是就是方便，旁邊和周邊餐飲，購物商場都超級方便。

Hotel muito novo com uma decoracao moderna. Muito confortável. A localização do hotel é no coração do brickel, com muitos restaurantes e melhores locais para visitar. Gostei de tudo.

酒店房間太小

Citizen M Brickell is convenient for my business trip because it is near the metro, office and restaurants. Main reason why I book this hotel is because of the reasonable rate, cleanliness, professional & well-groomed staff. Rooms are very small but as long as the rate stays reasonable, I will choose Citizen M Brickell next time.

Overall was a good stay when I first got to the property slightly irritated with the service, one of the host sent to a computer and was not helpful at all. Than when the machine wouldn’t take my card he took it with him and someone else came up to him and he had card trying to help the other person as well too made me uncomfortable with how careless he was w my card walked over and took it back. The other host had to step in and assist me.

Perfect place for being close to the port for cruises, and being in the city for shopping and dining

Is very convenient the mall is 2 block for for me I have everything very close restaurant and the beache is 10 minute from the motel.

At first I was a little thrown off by the size of the room. Smaller then I'm used to in Miami. But I had the best rest, as the room features an absolutely sound proof rest with completely blacked out shades. I woke up without my alarm at 10am for the first time in year. Got to stay again. We walked to all our meals on Brickell throughout the weekend.

The rooms were exactly what I expected, as I did my research prior to my stay. Overall a great location and a modern property that is perfect for a single traveller, or a couple. Plenty of things to do near by and close to mover location.

Nice hotel, however it is very compact and not value for money. Bed is pushed against window, therefore you have to climb over your partner to get by. Window sill had not be cleaned. Staff were not friendly

My stay there was ok. The room was convenient, suited my needs. The issues I had were that the tv in my room didn’t work. Everything is with the citizen app so I had to text to a bot that couldn’t help me. I went to the main bar area to find an employee to help me because there isn’t a front desk. A tech came up and couldn’t fix the problem. Then when I wanted a bite to eat I figured I’ll spend my money at the hotel and eat , but nope! The kitchen didn’t open until 4 pm. Then up to the pool bar I go. Have to use the app to look at a drink menu and guess what !!! That app feature doesn’t work. SMH. Sometimes all this technology isn’t convenient.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Although the rooms are small, I understand the concept. Because a big room size hotel in the exact same area would be much pricer. the room has all that you need. and if you think about it, how much time are you really spending for in your room. so salute to the concept . and a bonus is everything is in the area walking distance if thats your thing.
