When we first walked in, there was someone standing at the front desk waiting to greet us, unlike most hotels where you have to wait around for somebody's help. When we got to the room, we noticed an odor coming from the fridge it was spoiled milk that was never cleaned up. We went back to the front desk to inform them of our issues. He promptly switched the rooms. For the price we paid, the room was enough to sleep in it also had a small pool that wasn't heated but it good enough that it didn't matter.

A++++ Pete and his stall are amazing, A friendly smile in the afternoon from his staff, Pete walked around the hotel multiple times a day and when I asked him about that he told me he wanted make sure there are no issues with the outside of the property and it is clean, room did not smell like deodorizer the bathroom was clean, the shower was clean and the best part it did not need any maintenance, I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, I did not like the waffle maker instead of a one size waffle it makes three little ones which is a little hard to maneuver on the plate and can get messy when using a plastic nife/fork, I would recommend sausage patties and sliced cheese every day as I could’ve put them in between the two little waffles and made a breakfast waffle sausage sandwich, I will be back next year to visit the Wright, Patterson Air Force Base, and the Kil-Kare Drag*****,

Everything about this hotel was off. Our physical keys did not work, the front desk staff was severely understaffed. The food area was completely messy, dirty dishes not collected, the food was quite frankly - terrible. Plus, I never got my Diamond food credit. The king suite with separate sleeping are not private. The double doors do not exist between the room and living area. The sheets and pillows for the couch m/sleeper sofa are kept downstairs - I had to go retrieve them. The front desk person was swamped, so it took awhile. The elevators are very far away from the rooms. Very strange. The price was great though! So I guess you get what you pay for.

This property is located right in downtown Hamilton. When we arrived they were having a very loud live music concert. We were on the 6th floor, and could still hear the concert, but when the A/C was on, you could no longer hear it. Great location, but there is not a lot around there. While the staff wears masks, no one else was. I asked if I should wear a mask and they said yes, but seemed surprised I listened to them. Room was small but comfortable. Hotel feels news and is clean. Exercise room is small. Two treadmills and one other machine. Some free weights. That was all. They have a nice pool that was small. The nicest feature of the hotel is that is a located along a very nice path right by the river. Full is walkers, runners and bikers.

We are driving down the I75 south and at around 4:30pm we are looking for a hotel to spend the night, we are members of the Marriott Points program, so we saw The Fairfield Inn in Middletown Ohio and asked for their rates which the very friendly receptionist gave us a great price with an upgraded room. The rate includes breakfast which was good, had a good selection of options, on check in we got a goody bag each with snacks and bottled water. The coffee in the reception area was probably the best I have had in a hotel lobby and it’s available 24 hours as well as hot chocolate etc. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby so you can get food to eat easily. We are glad that we stumbled across this hotel, the staff including the breakfast lady are terrific ambassadors for Marriott Hotels, Middletown and the state of Ohio.
