Hotel is super well located if you go to exhibition center, 5 min walking distance. You can order food or walk 15 min to a close mall. Staff are friendly and helpful, 5 stars I had few issues with water pressure and needed to ask for help twice, rooms have no phone so you have to walk until front desk. Breakfast is also ok, you can have bread, cheese, yogurt, egg, fruits, etc

放在酒店的行李箱即使鎖起來了也每天都有人嘗試開鎖，筆記本電腦被偷了，有人外套帶錢一起被偷了，酒店裡沒有任何監控設備，臨走了酒店的人還夥同他人組團騙我們兩次，這個酒店真的特別不安全，請謹慎選擇

靠近展館，所以大部分都是中國人住的，我隔壁有個朋友丟了筆記本電腦，有個朋友丟了600美元，有個朋友丟了一件外套和2千蘭特，酒店內部人員監守自盜，可別去。。。

早餐還不錯，服務一般，有幾個門可以進去，容易走錯，房間太暗了，住着不習慣。整體感覺衹能算一般吧。就價格比較優惠。

普通的酒店

The two combined beds in my room were very uncomfortable for two people because the other one was shorter than the other, ontop of that the TV was not connected. I tried to connect it but its extension is short, it can’t reach the plugging area. Very disappointed.

Everything went well, good job by the stuff.

Great place to stay,very clean,very friendly staff,top notch breakfast, i recommended it💯 and i will definitely be visiting when i come back to South Africa…and ohhh,it is a few minutes away from the mall of Africa,which is like one stop shop for anything that you may need.

The check in process was very simple with super friendly staff. One guy stood out for me his name is "Essential" he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The rooms were fairly clean and had a nice mini bar fridge. The downside was that they didn't have microwave ovens in the rooms, Essential sorted us out through the restaurant. The wifi login tends to be troublesome, I'd prefer they improve on that or find a simpler way to secure it and still allow flawless connecting.

The receptionest Mr. Essential was a very hospitable staff who looked after our comfort very well, also the other staff members were good too. Very good environment specially the gardens and the room was attended well and clean, the only thing we would like to suggest to the Owner that the Television should be a bigger one at least in the Deluxe rooms with better DSTV Channels, otherwise the stay was very comfortable.
