The place was lovely. We got there late and enjoyed a wonderful swim in their lovely pool. The owner gave us a ride to the airport the next day. The owner was kind and helpful and interesting to speak with.

Host picked us up at the airport for a set fee,, took us to their place, .took us to a nearby restaurant, picked us up after dinner. Private room and bathroom, shared kitchen which was provided with all the things we needed for breakfast. He also agreed to take us to the port where we were to meet our cruise ship, for a reasonable price . He and his wife are lovely people and made our visit very enjoyable. If we had it to do over, we would spend more time there, because Ostia is very interesting. I highly recommend Gens Mundi!

完美的體驗！房東一家人特別友善，體貼，為我們準備了美味的早餐，推薦了當地最棒的餐廳，還在第二天一早送我們去機場🥰而且房間設施很完善，可以在浴缸泡澡，院子裏也有泳池可以使用，非常舒適的住宿環境！我非常喜歡這裏，如果有機會再來羅馬，我還想在這裏久住！！這裡是我在意大利住過最棒的地方，遇到過最友好的當地人！我會很想念這段經歷的

整體一般，熱水不好用，入住第一晚半夜就沒有熱水沒法洗澡，同時噴頭硬件也一般，出水非常小，衹能説可以勉強入住

The hosts for this property are fabulous. Friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. For us, the secure parking with in and out privileges was a big plus.

Flavia and LeFernando treated us like honored guests to their establishment. They picked us up from the cruise ship terminal, the airport, and dropped us off and picked us up after. The wine and snacks upon arrival was a welcome treat. We wish we had more time to stay here longer. The absolute best. And loved their cats Georgia and Mousa. Highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our short stay in Ostia Antica. We had an early flight and Flavia was able to book a taxi that arrived on time at 4:30;am. Excellent breakfast offering of eggs, bacon, bread and lots of pastries. Wish we had been able to partake. Transportation was provided from the train station and around town. This is a shared property with the kitchen, but we never heard the other occupants come in. We will plan to stay longer next time to enjoy this small town. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, we just stayed one night before heading to the airport. The room was fantastic. Small kitchen, plenty of space, excellent huge bathroom, pool, and everything was very clean. The wonderful hosts were very friendly and helpful.

LOVED our stay here. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. They made sure we had a seamless check in & made lovely recommendations for dinner. The fridge was stocked with breakfast basics & plenty of snacks. We had quite an early flight out of the airport (10-15 min away) and they arranged a taxi for us. Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Lovely area & amazing hosts. The local cats were a nice bonus :)

We loved staying at this sweet B&B. It was a truly "homey" environment which was really nice to have while traveling. The hosts were extremely accommodating as well.

This was the perfect spot for our last night in Italy. Wish we had stayed longer. Hosts were excellent. Property is adorable.

We regretted not staying longer! The hosts were so kind and helpful, my children immediately started calling them an aunt and uncle! The place was well designed, beds were comfortable and the setting very relaxing. Highest recommendation possible!

This B&B is excellent. Simple but functional, very clean and very hospitable owners. Very responsive and quick to communicate, and very flexible. I needed a room for one night. Lose to the airport due to a short layover, but left the place with a desire to come back and spend more time. Don’t expect the ritz Carlton, but expect clean and comfortable at a great rate for the overall area. Located in a residential area, quiet and nice. Walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. Train close by that can take you to Rome or the beach. Just overall a great little place!
