Hotel Perniagaan Terbaik di Milan

Very nice hotel in Milan, easy to reach the center by the near station. The restaurant ”eat to me” is very good, especially for the service of the kind Sonia and the great Miky (oldi) at the bar! I suggest the typical Italian dishes and the cocktails. We will for sure come back soon!

Good cozy place, close to the centre and main railway station. All perfect, recommended.

Service is unparalleled, the room is a little bit dated though there was some wear and tear on the furniture. It’s more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star due to the age and wear and tear of the furnishings. I’ve been at better 4 star hotels at less than half the price so it’s a bit disappointing in that regard. Service is excellent, the staff go above and beyond for their guests. They were able to get my menstrual pads, toothpastes and wine glasses. The lovely staff at concierge even gave us bar snacks for our byo wine and when I first checked in, a map with recommendations of what to see. Shame the room doesn’t match the service.

I stayed for 1 night at this hotel and had a good experience. The location is very good, it is quite close to the Missori metro station (line M3 yellow). From there you can easily walk around to find very good restaurants/bars and a supermarket. The Duomo and The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II are just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It is also quite easy to go by car to the Linate airport (LIN). The room is simple, but enough if you intend to be away during the day. The staff was not the nicest but was helpful.

Front desk disorganised - no information given about breakfast, check out time, bar area etc. Shocked as this is a business hotel. Staff need training on customer service! Check in was a disaster. Our Rooms were booked as a group and we were told they would be ready for 2pm. After waiting for 2 hours in the reception area at 4pm we decided not to waste anymore time and went out. We were promised the luggage would be taken to the room once allocated. When we returned we had to queue again and explained to the unhelpful receptionist that we had checked in earlier but the rooms were not allocated. When I went to my room the Luggage was not there so back down to reception. Unfortunately they didn’t know where it was so had to look for it and told me they would bring it up. I refused this offer. A few minutes later my colleagues appeared with the same problem. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and this was the most disorganised reception area I have ever encountered. A member of the party was given a key to another guests room not in our group. Therefore I didnt trust leaving my key at reception because of this. Restaurant: We booked a table for 7pm at the restaurant. When we arrived we were told it didn’t open until 7.30pm so another 30 minute wait. Terrible food and definitely not fine dining. Poor quality and most of the party left their food as it was inedible. 2 didn’t receive their order and 1 person received their order twice. Kitchen completely Disorganised. I’m think it’s run by the reception staff so I would avoid at all costs. Definitely the worse meal in Milan. Room: My Room was big and clean but extremely dated. Very hard bed. Poor Lighting. No soundproofing so I could hear word for my word my neighbours phone calls (at 5am). Location: The Train station was very near which is the only good thing about this hotel. Not a 4 star hotel. At best a 3 star but at a push. I wouldn’t recommend and will not be returning.

The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.

We selected the hotel for its reputation as a flagship, luxury property within the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. We booked a 3 night stay at the beginning of a 3 week trip through Italy,. The hotel has a majestic presence in a wonderful, central Milan location. The common areas of the hotel have magnificent architectural details and are beautifully appointed. The staff is universally professional and well-trained. We were pleasantly greeted upon checking in and assigned a room that we were looking forward to after traveling close to 24 hours end-to-end from our home in California. The room was badly worn and very disappointing. The leather on the exterior of the door was literally peeling off. Inside; the leather headboard was also in horrible condition; the leather desk chair had holes in it and showed considerable wear; the leather-covered drawers were worn through and peeling; and the long wood laminate counter was badly chipped. The room should have been renovated years ago, and certainly had no place being in a 5-star, luxury hotel. We were exhausted from our long journey, otherwise we would have requested a change in rooms. We unpacked and prepared to refresh with a shower when we realized that the temperature control for the shower was not functioning. We called the front desk and they promptly sent up a tech. He worked on it and then summoned another associate. Neither could fix it. We called the front desk again, and they said that they’d move us to another room within 10-15 minutes. We packed up everything and waited. About an hour passed and I went down to the front desk to personally discuss the matter and find out why we had not been moved. The desk clerk was very kind, and stated that they were still working on finding us another room. He stated that the hotel is very aware of the condition of the rooms, but doesn’t want to close off any rooms for renovation when the hotel is busy during prime season. He assured me that the new room would be ready soon and that they would be moving us to a “much larger” one. Finally, after waiting about 2 hours, we were moved to our new room. Again, the leather on the door was badly peeling and should have been replaced. The room was not substantially larger, and seemed roughly the same size as the first one. Overall, it was badly worn, the carpet had stains in it, and the bathroom had mildew in the grout around the shower/tub. The bathroom felt dirty. Upon checking out, the desk manager asked me how our stay was before realizing that she recognized our name. She told me that our situation had come up in a staff meeting and that the hotel wanted to try and make things right by offering to credit our Bonvoy account for one of the three nights of our stay. While this gesture was appreciated, the experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing.
