Apart from the noisy construction work right at the front door, there is nobody to assist with arrival, luggage, and no concierge either. Only ever one person on the front desk and not very happy either! A taxi will drop you on the road out front and then it’s up to you. Booked a Junior Suite for over €300 and it just was not up to standard. Lousy plumbing (not new to old Italian buildings), noisy, dull with lots of confusing light switches, air-con that sounds like a jumbo jet, and no tissues in bathrooms. So does that sound 5 Star? This hotel must have had some prestige back in the day but it would struggle to make a 3 Star ranking today. Location is not good either. Surrounded by graffiti and dirty looking buildings. A decent walk to Duomo, allow at least 15 minutes and very difficult to access Milano Central Station: at least 30 minutes and €30 in a taxi as the traffic is terrible with all the roadworks. Check out some more up to date pics! And stay elsewhere.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Hotel. Mainly the service was outstanding and guest experience manager Shiama was the highlight of my stay, making sure I was doing well and taken care off throughout. I noticed how friendly and personally involved the complete staff was, knowing names of the guests and making sure to have all important details on them, such as received post in my case and when I was leaving. I would love to come back again!

A wonderful 5 star hotel. I can't say enough about this hotel. It was unpretentious and wonderful. The device is top notch. Every member of the staff is unbelievably helpful. Gabrielle who manages the front desk in the late afternoon/ evening was particularly helpful. The rooms are great as are the bathrooms. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel in Milan that not overly done with fashionistas this is the place.

It was really surprising me how great this hostel it is. The receptions are welcoming, super helpful, all of them can speak in English. They always ensure you know that they are their if you need anything, yes 24hours 7 days. Building is modern build, great design and very artistic. I love some of their chairs. Room is good, clean everyday, making bed every day. Toilet is clean. Breakfast are good , many choices for both food and drink. Superb location. Absolutely love it and if I ever am going to Milan again, I will absolutely book this again. Thank you guys.

For someone who seeks a quite stay in Milano, for instance after a busy day in Fiera Milano, I can only advise her / him to make a reservation at nhow Milano. I can justify my recommendation by: - Kind a helpful staff. At your arrival: they ask you about your trip to arrive there. - Complete silence at each floor, nevertheless the canal ‘Naviglio Grande’ with many bars and restaurants is only a five’minutes walk from the hotel. Due to the perfect sound insolation You won’t be disturbed in your sleep; - This is more than enough space in the room; Don’t compare it with an eventually earlier experiences in France - For your breakfast, You will first walk around the counter which seems to offer you endless possibilities to compose a healthy breakfast - Meanwhile, one of the waitress (m/f) shall have p ut a cup of coffee at your table (which will always be sanitized after your visit in the restaurant- - The Vertgio-bar will really be a surplus to spend more than one day at nhow Milano. - When I left the hotel very soon in the morning, I’ve had the possibility to grap some biscuits and an some fruit. So, I keep in mind very good moments in this hotel!
