very beautiful and spacious hotel with hospitable staff. The hotel is very beautifully decorated for Christmas, the atmosphere of a cozy holiday did not leave the entire period of stay in the hotel. Breakfasts are delicious, of course the most delicious pastries) I think we will use this hotel for our next trips

Very helpful staffs

500年前神學院改造的酒店，荒廢一段時候後被菲拉格慕家族買下並且於2022年現代化裝修了。酒店一樓是買手店和10-11的餐廳（強推前菜meat ball），酒店後面出門右手邊就是香奈兒，左手邊就是市區GLOBAL BLUE的VIP退税中心，最高可以直接退2000歐元現金以及信用卡任意金額。購物，治安，休息都是一流的。

酒店很新，設計十分高雅，有藝術感，飞甩雞毛旗下，供應品牌的面霜、眼霜跟手霜，很好用。但服務一般，不太到位，房務員英文講得不好，唔明我要咩，叫他們拿東西都等很久，結帳時，發現帳單有問題，mini bar沒用但收了費，當然，說了我們沒用，酒店也取消。有向酒店訂車，單程280幾歐，出發時讓司機順路接上一個住在附近（3分鐘就到）飯店的朋友，司機說可以，最後帳單多出130歐，就是為了順路接了我朋友，我很無語。最後因為酒店沒事先說要收這130歐，所以我堅持下，也不收了。總之，帳單是有點亂的，因為我退房時，碰到一旁一對夫婦也為了帳單問題跟他們在投訴，當時經理還說沒問題，旁邊夫婦提到他們住四季就不會出現這種情況，經理說他就是從四季來的，還一直堅持沒錯，最後證明還是錯了所以。anyway ，我就是覺得服務不怎樣了，配不上酒店的格調。

在一個古老的神學院裏麪，由飛哥拉莫的創始人發現了這樣的一個地方，目前被改造成了一個酒店，我們在這兒體驗的是一個宗教意味很強的酒店，大量的紅色的應用顯示了對於宗教的前程

新開的酒店，選址，裝修設計，餐飲均是頂級。

For the very first time, I stayed at Portrait Milano with my mom, and our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, and having traveled extensively and visited many luxury establishments, I can confidently say that Portrait Milano is truly exceptional. Here, you can genuinely say that “God is in the details.” However, what truly gives this hotel its soul and meaning is the staff. Congratulations to the entire team for delivering such a super personalized service. You can’t simply call this place a hotel—it’s, as Javad beautifully put it, a “home away from home.” And he made us feel that way every second we interacted with him. From handling our reservations at the best restaurants to personally accompanying us to buy extra luggage for all our shopping—despite his busy schedule—his kindness and dedication were remarkable. Javad and Bianca, please continue just as you are—you are absolute superstars! See you very soon!
