Kind staff, Stylish spacious and warm room! We enjoyed our stay there. Can’t say that location is bad, but not perfect either.

A good hotel, the room is clean, but the shower is not very comfortable. The room is a bit small, but everything else is okay

If you’d like to sleep, I advise this hotel: good shower, comfortable bed, there’s a flat TV on the wall ( in my case too faraway). Cute and clean. Appreciate reception service. HOWEVER There wasn’t spare blankets ( called reception but, understandably no answer after midnight). There wasn’t some water courtesy. Only frigobar.. after hours travelling from different continents one would appreciate having some fresh water, I guess. Next time, perhaps 👋 From Milano Centrale station had to pay a taxi €20,00. Overall, I recommend it. Great value for me. Good luck. Thank you

The room is clean, the location is near to the underground, but far away from the city center. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel was nice and close to everywhere I wanted to visit. Best price also and I recommend to everyone.

very dirty The bathroom was dirty, probably not cleaned, there were condoms on the floor The sheets look like they haven't been washed There is hair on the quilt It's not worth it at all I don't understand why it's four stars

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect Room, Service, Hospitality and Staff. The only disadvantage is the location, it’s like 20 min to the Duomo di Milano by metro but it’s okay because the metro station was 3 min walking away from the hotel.

Location is good but staff is not accommodating. The rooms are fine(ish) but not worth the amount of money they charge.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the front desk staffs are super helpful. I also requested to change my room as I didn’t like the toilet as they first provided me a room with a disable toilet, and when I asked to change, they immediately changed it for me. Location was super convenient as well, the Metro was just 3mins away, and there’s supermarkets and shopping mall 5-8mins away, all walking distance🥰 The only thing that I didn’t like and it should have been better is the dinner; I ordered salmon with mashed potatoes, and I was surprised when it arrived on my table…it looked like it was frozen and that it just came out of the microwave…
