The location is good, it is near Naviglio Grande where is beautiful and many restaurants around. The staff are nice, they are very helpful to call taxi and even contact the hospital when my son was sick in one night. The cleaning staff is responsible and tidy the room good.

Good hotel close to tram station, but water needs to refill yourself

Great location close to S.Agostino metro station. Tram station is close by too! Single room was clean and just the right amount of space for a solo traveller. Room can get a little stuffy at night had to open the window for some ventilation. Free bottle of water on the first day was a bonus! Highly recommended :)

Doesn’t seem like a 4-star but friendly staff in ok convenient location.

事前にお部屋の写真を見て予約したのですが、それ以上に部屋数も多く、ベッドルームの他にリビングやキッチンも個別で付いているなど期待以上の宿でした。 トラムも目の前なので移動のしやすさも抜群です。

Struttura collocata in una zona bella e strategica di Milano. Ottimi i servizi programmati fantastica la colazione perfetta la pulizia. Sarebbe da 10 se non fosse che nel caso specifico hanno gestito con poca cura ed attenzione il malfunzionamento della TV in camera.

位置不錯，靠近地鐵站。環境還可以。

Great hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Around a lots of pubs, restaurants, shops, coffee shops and night clubs

I liked everything about my stay here. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous. I especially enjoyed their wonderful buffet breakfast!

Overall our stay was good. The only issues in the room (we did not bring this up as personally we were not bothered, but others may be) were mainly that the maintenance seemed to be lacking, cleanliness was not an issue though. In our bathroom, we had a door with a broken lock so we had to leave it unlocked at all times, the shower door was damaged and didn’t fully shut meaning the floor was always considerably wet after shower usage, a floor tile was damaged in the middle of the shower causing the floor to be slightly unstable and the soap dispenser had been broken off the wall and then rested up against the hand rail instead of being attached back to the wall. We also had no working light on one side of the bed. On a more positive note, the hotel was in a good location within walking distance of the centre for most people, the bed was very comfortable and we had a nice balcony with an unexpected nice view over the courtyard. We only stayed for 2 nights so the issues mentioned above were not affecting us too much and didn’t impact the stay to the extent that we felt like we needed to change rooms, it would’ve just been nice for the hotel to be on top of the general maintenance a bit more, seeing as 5 different things were unsatisfactory in a small room. The cost of the stay was quite high when you factor in that we had a few damaged things in the room.

It’s nice hotel with delicious breakfast and nice staff.

Staff were so friendly, helpful and the room was very clean. Had everything I needed and was in a great location close to the metro station.
