It will be better to provide free mineral water. Air conditioner / heating doesn’t seem like working properly, tried to adjust the temperature down abit but it still gone back up, the room was too hot. Apart from these, everything was fine. Easy to access to public transport and the room was clean.

Nothing to complain about the room! There are 4 single beds with enough room for our baggages! The hotel is also close to metro.

The hotel is quite new. However, the standing shower design is not good, and there is a flaw because the whole toilet floor will be full of water after each shower, regardless of how careful we were not to overflow. It is really messy. I will not be back again in the future.

Booked this hotel because I am attending a concert nearby. Small but clean room!

Stylish hotel, good size room. Would’ve be great to have a kettle or bottled water in the room for this price. Other than that everything was good.

Not close to City center , the room that we first got , Air conditioning was not functioning . Also the room is small compare to other similar 4 star hotels. Toilet is extremely small . Not recommend in general

Good location near subway station, bars, groceries stores are in stone’s throw. Nice staff who will help you at any time. If you like walking you can easily walk to the center

1. Stains found on bedsheet right after check in. 2. Air-con not able to turn on unless upon request at front counter.

Very basic modern clean hotel. 10mins to nearest metro station which runs on the M3 Yellow line. Convenient to commute to Duomo. Reception staffs can be more helpful and courteous though.

Good value for the price paid. The location is convenient and close to the underground and tram stops. The nice cafe is located nearby.

Room ok, but not must facility nor service . Price was reasonable, as it only 3 stations from central station..staff at front office can be more friendly.
