入住體驗很不錯，主要是為了方便出行，出門又到機場的大巴

位置裏球場非常近，看球的好選擇

The smell in the room was the biggest issue - it reeked of rose incense or something of that nature. We had to keep the window open for the duration of our stay to try and air out the room. The sheets were quite scratchy. There were scuffs and dents on the walls. And finally the walls were so thin we could hear the guest in the next room snoring throughout the night. It's a good location as it's by the San Siro - we flew in for the game. But it was at best a very passable stay.

The location was good, near a supermarket and a subway station. but I never had this experience the hot water was stopped during the shower in any hotels or accommodations but here. Hot water was coming out at first, and it stopped in 10 minutes. When I told this to the staff, they didn't take it seriously they said they didn't know how long I take showers even though I told them it was 10 minutes. Staff responded but I don't feel they showed sorry to me but excuses. Due to this issue, I had to change the room for each night. And a staff suggested reducing my shower time. He said he was joking after seeing my frozen face but it was not adequate at all. They offered me just a free breakfast only for a day. The thing is I didn't feel comfortable with the attitude when they dealt with this problem. I understand this is not their fault but they never said sorry for this inconvenience and it felt weird. I wouldn't feel this bad if they showed sorry and didn't take this as a joke. so shame.

Stayed here for a conference at MiCo - a 20-minute walk away. I reserved a deluxe double room. The room was barely furnished and felt like a hostel or college dorm room. Some of the light fixtures didn’t work and were loosely attached to the wall. Towel racks were also falling off the wall. Worst, there was a constant drip within the wall that interrupted with restful sleep. Even though my reservation was non-refundable, I ended up switching hotels for the second half of my stay. This hotel was vastly over priced for its quality.

Fantastic stay, staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was as described. Very handy for Metro in to centre and Citylife, and walkable to San Siro. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Milan
