The room space a bit small although just two of us. Night time the floor area have sound interrupt for sleep. Overall consider ok if just stay for 1 night.

Facility is too simple, not convenient, specially bathroom

Great location very close to metro . Arrived late after delayed flight . Nice welcoming on arrival & easy . Room clean .

Within few metres from the central station. Nice and clean rooms with balcony. Eugenio is a great host, extremely generous and supportive.

The hotel sufficed, the rooms and beds were a bit old but it was OK. The TV is smart so you could enjoy the streaming services.

Very small and not clean room

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The room itself looks very old with stinky carpets!!!! And broken toilet!!! The stuff isn’t friendly, took us long time to check in, the receptionist wasn’t in a mood. Don’t recommend it.

For business trip , good for single guy to stay , near metro station and one stop to main staion

We were give metal key for our room, but after many attempts, couldn’t get the door open. Asked the desk attendant for help, who was very upset about us bothering him. He stormed up and opened it, yelling “it works!!!!” We asked him to show us so we knew how to open it next time, he wouldn’t. He stormed off angry. The rest of the stay was pleasant given the cost of the hotel.

Breakfast was basic, excellent 24hrs reception desk. Room was cosy with great housekeeping. And close to train station and Malpensa shuttle bus stop.

This is the cheapest hotel with a single room around Milano Centrale by the time I booked a day before and it’s already freaking expensive! Not including the expensive city tax as well as keys with giant keychains and not to be taken outside the hotel!

The manager showed me his anger because my debit card didn’t work there and paid with 50 euro to break. I can’t understand

Very convenienly located hotel a few meters from Milano Centrale and the shuttles to airports. Rooms are basic but do the job for a layover. The lobby is nicely decorated and the staff is excellent, experienced and professional. We stayed for a night between flights so I cannot comment if it's convenient for sightseeing but as I understood it is a couple of metro stops from the cathedral with the station less than 100m away. Don't expect a Fairmont but for us was a great choice.

good location only few mins from train station, not many places to eat nearby so best eating in town hotel happy to look after cases whilst you enjoy trips breakfast extra but it was basic but ok
