The room was full of bed bugs it was horrible experience I back home with all these bites and even scared to bring bugs to home!!! Catastrophic

If you’re wondering why this place has got such a low rating, I’m wondering too. I stayed one night here for transit and this hostel is huge as though they transformed a school complex into a hostel. My room was on the 3rd floor and things there are nicely renovated. The mattress and duvet cover they offer you are odourless, not the cleanest but acceptable. Inside the room everything seem decent. They have a large common room and you can see some people there working at night. If you are staying in Milan and is on budget, this place is worth the “risk” if that low rating bothers you alot. Just saying it because I am fine with anyplace as long as i can have a good night sleep. Hope this helps.

Booked this place last minute for an overnight stay before a flight. The room had a strange odor, and I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs – I woke up with red, swollen bites all over. There was even blood on the pillow! I've never left a bad review on Trip.com before, but this was infuriating! 😡

As per look for Hostel type accommodation, Ostello Milano is a nice choice to stay...

I stayed here just for a few hours between transits. This place, although not so fancy, did a perfect job for that purpose with friendly staff and all basic necessities you would expect from a hostel at this price range. Highly recommended for budget travellers or those who stay only for a while in Milan.

Very crowded hotel and a bit overpriced for a hostel. The kitchen facilities are limited, with only a microwave and no plates or cutlery. In my room, the toilets were not clean. On the day of my arrival, the Milan police were at the reception because of an incident involving a traveler, which may raise some security concerns. Positive point: convenient location.

This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks

Old building not proper clean a average hostel just one benefit is near to bus station.

Everything was good for me. The only small problem is the lack of kitchen appliances.

DO NOT stay here as a solo woman. Private room wasn’t terrible, but I had my partner so I felt better. Front desk staff was nice but this was rough. Also, this is very out of the way of the airport and centrale. We stayed here as a quick overnight between two locations. Our Uber driver had to circle around the entrance at night because there was some sketchiness outside. Saving some cash wasn’t worth it.

It's quite normal, but I was disappointed that even the towels were rented.

Service was good, it was clean or at it seemed at the very least. Definitely don't expect 3 star hotel quality for the price. Good for it's price.
