It was a very decent apartment we have. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to most tourist attraction.

I genuinely loved the place and it was right outside the metro station and it was easy to get to this place . The room was clean and I would return home

The elevator was broken when we arrived. I had to carry three 25kg boxes to the 6th floor by myself. When I checked out, the elevator was broken again and I had to carry three boxes down from the 6th floor. No one helped or said a word of comfort to the apartment. I stayed there for four days and it was not cleaned. Hygienic, towels and sheets are not changed, cleaning is 35 euros/time, and towels are changed 10 euros/time. I really don’t know why Ctrip would let this kind of hotel join. I have seen good reviews online before, and I guess they are all for one day stay. I stayed here I was deceived for four days. Ctrip said online that a professional company would be responsible for cleaning, but it didn’t say that there would be a fee to bury the pit, and it was RMB 280 per day, ☹️review! Bad review! Absolutely unbelievable hotel! ! ! Due to the language barrier and the lack of taxi-hailing apps, it was impossible to hail a taxi in Milan. In the end, we two hungry women dragged four 26-inch suitcases on the streets of Milan for more than an hour late at night. We walked to the emergency hotel only after an hour (although the direct distance was only 850 meters). I was really embarrassed to the extreme. I almost died of exhaustion on the streets of Milan late at night. Since we booked a room for 2 days, Ctrip finally contacted the hotel service staff the next afternoon. We dragged 4 large boxes of luggage back to the hotel again, checked in, and hurriedly went out to do errands. When we returned to the room in the evening, we found that we had been asking There are 2 beds (the order reflects a sofa bed and a large bed), but there is only one large bed. The sofa bed cannot be opened (broken). I went out to look for the service staff, but still couldn't find it. After the experience the day before yesterday, I didn’t want to go through the trouble of contacting customer service anymore. In the end, two tired colleagues had to sleep on the same bed. Because they were not used to it, they didn’t sleep well all night. This was the worst hotel experience I had ever had after traveling to dozens of countries. The anger and despair I felt at that time was beyond words. It was really a tragedy that Ctrip could sign a contract with this kind of partner! ! !

La habitación me tocó en una planta alta con unas escaleras tipo bombero que no mensionan en la página y jamás muestran fotos, si fuera una persona en silla de ruedas, jamás podría subir, así que eso es muy malo. Yo no tuve problemas pero era muy incómodo para subir a dormir y el baño y todo lo demás en la planta baja con una escalera metálica tipo bombero totalmente inclinada

這家酒店很不靠譜，多收了我們900多的房費，我們原本訂的是1人間，到店後發現訂錯了，那就換個三人間吧，三人間比較遠，我們託着大箱小箱了走了近30分鐘，又交了112.6歐元，可原來在網上交的900多應該給我退回來的，我們是換的房間，可就是不給我們退了，就説是升級，真是無法想象這樣做生意，第二我們續住是103歐，怎麼可能兩天房價差一倍，真是自相矛盾這家酒店，找攜程客服來解決這件事，也是商家説什麼就是什麼，問題沒有得到解決，很不滿意

地點很好，ㄧ出車站就會看到。
