We selected the hotel for its reputation as a flagship, luxury property within the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. We booked a 3 night stay at the beginning of a 3 week trip through Italy,. The hotel has a majestic presence in a wonderful, central Milan location. The common areas of the hotel have magnificent architectural details and are beautifully appointed. The staff is universally professional and well-trained. We were pleasantly greeted upon checking in and assigned a room that we were looking forward to after traveling close to 24 hours end-to-end from our home in California. The room was badly worn and very disappointing. The leather on the exterior of the door was literally peeling off. Inside; the leather headboard was also in horrible condition; the leather desk chair had holes in it and showed considerable wear; the leather-covered drawers were worn through and peeling; and the long wood laminate counter was badly chipped. The room should have been renovated years ago, and certainly had no place being in a 5-star, luxury hotel. We were exhausted from our long journey, otherwise we would have requested a change in rooms. We unpacked and prepared to refresh with a shower when we realized that the temperature control for the shower was not functioning. We called the front desk and they promptly sent up a tech. He worked on it and then summoned another associate. Neither could fix it. We called the front desk again, and they said that they’d move us to another room within 10-15 minutes. We packed up everything and waited. About an hour passed and I went down to the front desk to personally discuss the matter and find out why we had not been moved. The desk clerk was very kind, and stated that they were still working on finding us another room. He stated that the hotel is very aware of the condition of the rooms, but doesn’t want to close off any rooms for renovation when the hotel is busy during prime season. He assured me that the new room would be ready soon and that they would be moving us to a “much larger” one. Finally, after waiting about 2 hours, we were moved to our new room. Again, the leather on the door was badly peeling and should have been replaced. The room was not substantially larger, and seemed roughly the same size as the first one. Overall, it was badly worn, the carpet had stains in it, and the bathroom had mildew in the grout around the shower/tub. The bathroom felt dirty. Upon checking out, the desk manager asked me how our stay was before realizing that she recognized our name. She told me that our situation had come up in a staff meeting and that the hotel wanted to try and make things right by offering to credit our Bonvoy account for one of the three nights of our stay. While this gesture was appreciated, the experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. Went there for a short 3nights stay In Milan, I followed the recomendations and book a room with a balcony on a high floor (Executive twin room on 9th floor overlooking the back street). The hotel is in a walking distance to the Duomo with a tram and bus stops opposite the entrance. The hotel is also surrounded by 3 restaurants (2 halal) and a small beauty salon. Reaching the hotel from airport was smooth. We were first greeted by a very polite and helpful bellman who took our luggage and then guided us to our room. As we walked to the reception we were greeted by everyone, such a frindly and helpful team (later on helped with directions and calling the airlines). The check in process went easy. Arriving at our room was through 1 of 3 elevators (small but efficient). The room (902 if I remember correctly) was located at the end of a corridor, in a very quite section. We were assigned a corner room and as I requested in a high floor, it was very spacious with lots of natural light coming from the balcony. The furniture was old-fashioned, 1 king bed and on request was separated to 2 twin beds, a small open closet (the room had sufficient space for a proper one), the room is also equipped with a kettle and coffee machine with daily refills of coffee, tea and water and a --free-- minibar. The marbel bathroom was also very spacious and very clean, the shower is amazing with very good flow of water, big size vanity (didn't like the black sink though). The balcony was very narrow more like a French balcony but on a corner furnished with 1 chair only (anyways it was scary to be there - liked the natural light it brought). My request was for twin beds but the reem had 1 king. I called the front desk to clarify and they arranged for housekeeping to seperate the bed. Allover, was a comfy room we enjoyed. The only 2 negative points I see were: - the old style furniture all over the hotel (need to be refurbished). - Housekeeping. 2 times during our short stay the door was opened without a knock or bill ring. This hotel would be on the list for a next travel.

Eşim ile birlikte bu otelde temmuz ayında bir gece konaklama fırsatı bulduk. Milano Malpenso Havaalanı’ndan uçuşumuzun olduğu günün öncesi, hem havaalanına yakın olan hem de tren istasyonuna yakın olan makul bir otel arıyorduk. Rezervasyonu yapar yapmaz bizimle whatsapp üzerinden iletişime geçtiler. Lokasyonla ilgili merak ettiğim her şeyi sordum, inanılmaz yardımcı oldular. Toplu taşıma ile otele nasıl ulaşacağımızı ayrıntılı şekilde yazdılar. Gerçekten çok iyi müşteri hizmetleri mevcut. Lobiye vardığınızda misafirperverlikleri dikkatinizi çekecek. Otel Milano’nun ünlü alışveriş caddesinde bulunuyor. Oldukça güvenli ve modern bir lokasyona sahip. Milano’nun kalbinde her yere yürüyerek ulaşmanız mümkün. Biz deluxe double room’da kaldık, oda çok rahat, büyk ve temizdi. Vazoda taze çiçek gibi ufak dokunuşlar yapmışlardı☺️. Odadaki kahve makinasıyla güzel bir İtalyan espresso içebilirsiniz. Covid-19 nedeniyle kahvaltı ikramını açık büfe şeklinde yapmıyorlarmış, fakat biz israfı sevmediğimiz için bu şekilde ikramı daha çok sevdik.(Hatta bu konu ile ilgili fikrimizi aldılar) Türk usulü kahvaltıya alışık olduğumdan ve eşimle kahvaltıya önem verdiğimizden, İtalya’da en çok bu otelin kahvaltısından memnun kaldık diyebilirim. Otel müşterisine değer verdiğini her açıdan hissettiriyor. Milano’ya yolumuz düşerse düşünmeden tekrar bu oteli tercih edeceğiz.

NZIONE,PESSIMA IGIENE E PESSIMA PROFESSIONALITÀ. DISAGI INCLUSI NEL COSTO DELLA CAMERA. abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel tramite Booking una delle loro suites (portacle suites) a circa 160€ a notte (anziché 250 circa) per via di offerte da mobile e privilegi genius (premessa noiosa ma necessaria). Pernottamento previsto due notti. ORE 12:00 Arrivati in struttura la camera presenta sc**** condizioni di igiene: polvere sui quadri, su specchio, televisore, battiscopa, infissi, lampade ecc.. pavimento in laminato rigonfiato e distaccato con sottostante materassino di posa assorbi Zella a vista… INIZIAMO MALE. ALLEGO FOTO DEL TUTTO Chiediamo una sostituzione della camera (la sola pulizia non avrebbe risolto il problema del pavimento) e ci dicono che sono al completo in tutte le strutture e che saremo contattati da un responsabile quanto prima. Lasciamo i bagagli in camera in attesa e usciamo per un appuntamento di lavoro. ORE 15:00 veniamo contattati da DANIEL (un responsabile pare) che tira fuori dal cilindro due camere alternative, ci invia le foto di una delle due, chiediamo le foto dell’altra e ci dice che la prima è stata affittata nel frattempo. È MAGO DI SEGRATE! Accettiamo la seconda camera in via bagutta (in un uno stabile diverso daquello in cui avevamo prenotato e in cui erano i nostri bagagli) e ci diamo appuntamento li con Daniel. ORE 17;30 incontriamo Daniel nella nuova struttura. Ci accoglie dicendoci che la camera in cui avevamo prenotato aveva avuto un allagamento e che secondo lui (presunto responsabile) quella camera che ci è stata affittata, non andrebbe affittata..CONTINUIAMO MALISSIMO. La camera sostitutiva presenta comunque polvere sugli armadi e sulle porte, ma decidiamo,amareggiati, di soprassedere e restare. A questo punto DANIEL ci sorprende: la camera alternativa è solo per una notte.. per la notte successiva si vede costretto a spostarci in un terzo stabile. ANDIAMO SEMPRE PEGGIO. Chiediamo se questo disagio può essere in qualche modo quantificato, e DANIEL con uno splendido sorriso ci dice che metterà lui la faccia con i responsabili (???) e che non ci sarà alcuna variazione di prezzo. DISAGIO OMAGGIO. Irritato chiedo a DANIEL IL RESPONSABILE (responsabile nella professione e nelle risposte) se gli pare corretto affittare camere in tale scarso stato di igiene a cifre così alte. La sua responsabile risposta è: “ma voi avete pagato 160 a notte, non 250!” INCREDIBILE .se non si paga il prezzo pieno pieno non si ha diritto alla pulizia? E noi che credevamo fosse un requisito necessario in una struttura ricettiva… Rifiutiamo l’offerta e chiediamo di essere indirizzati verso un’altra struttura. DANIEL IL RESPONSABILE , piuttosto irritato, ci indirizza in modo molto elegante verso la nostra prima stanza (quella nell’altro stabile e che non andrebbe affittata secondo lui) negandoci ogni altro tipo di supporto. ORE 18:30 torniamo nella prima camera chiudiamo i bagagli, esponiamo le nostre lamentele al servizio Booking ch

An excellent boutique hotel in a non-touristic zone. A recent and small hotel in the Cittá Studio area. Rooms are really comfortable, some of them with a small balcony, all extremely clean. A quiet and cosy garden, a true oasis after a busy day in the city centre. Nice breakfast and amenities. A relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Very nice and helpful staff. 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest subway station, which contributes for your daily steps goal 😊. Definitely, a place to go back!

Very nice hotel indeed. I stayed in a single room, which was large enough for 1 and had everything needed.... Ample hanging space, tea/coffee making, nice size TV, safe, decent size single bed and the shower room was very classy indeed. Hotel is fairly close to a Metro station (5 to 10 min easy walk). Room was nice and quiet and had aircon. There is a mini bar/fridge but I didn't take anything so cannot comment on their prices. There is a small, good quality supermarket a few doors away where I picked up small bottles of drink/fresh milk etc. I tend to walk around places rather than get the Metro everywhere. I did all the main attractions with ease. Duomo is about 30 min walk away but it's nice to see the architecture, people and shops etc on the way... gives you a good feel/get the bearings for the place. Church where The Last Supper is takes about 14 min walk and it's en route to the Duomo. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel but, from what I saw, the dining room looks great. Hotel were happy to keep my bags on the day of departure. Like all hotels in Milan, there is a small local tax which you pay on departure. I'd recommend the hotel without a doubt.

Tourist hotel in Milan. Cab ride to/from Milano Centrale (about Euro 20). Hotel decorated modernly, with street artist vibe paintings in stairwells. Rooms adequately equipped. Bed was comfortable. Some noise from other guests, particularly when returning late at night. Hair dryer noise can be heard in halls. But considering price, these issues are expected. Public transport to most major tourist destinations is close and economical. Front desk was helpful in locating the #1 trolley to the Fort and downtown to the Doumo. Breakfast choices were adequate. Breakfast room was kept clean and well stocked. This is an Italian, not an english or american breakfast. There is a self-serve laundromat about 3 blocks away, which made this a great stop halfway through our Italian tour.

I´m not sure how it is like to stay at Ostelzzz for several nights, but I find it a very convenient solution for me who arrived around midnight in Milan, and already had leave from Milano Centrale by noon on the next day. I had a proper sleep for one night in a capsule. It really was a hostel, but with so much better privacy. Staffs were extremely kind and helpful. They gave me a welcome drink. Online check-in in advance made my actual check-in so much easier. Had everything I needed, incl breakfast, towel too. Clean and well-organized. Breakfast was simple, but more than good enough for me. I wouln´t hesitate to choose Ostelzzz next time.

Service is unparalleled, the room is a little bit dated though there was some wear and tear on the furniture. It’s more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star due to the age and wear and tear of the furnishings. I’ve been at better 4 star hotels at less than half the price so it’s a bit disappointing in that regard. Service is excellent, the staff go above and beyond for their guests. They were able to get my menstrual pads, toothpastes and wine glasses. The lovely staff at concierge even gave us bar snacks for our byo wine and when I first checked in, a map with recommendations of what to see. Shame the room doesn’t match the service.

空港からアクセスの良いミラノ中央駅周辺でホテルを探していました。 駅から歩いて5分ほどですぐホテルを見つけることができました。 近くに新しいホテルがあるので古く感じます。 フロントの方がすごくフレンドリーで、チェックインまで時間があったので外で時間を潰すと言ったら、マップを出しておすすめのカフェなど細かく説明してくれました。 朝食も種類が豊富で、毎日メニューが変わります。 毎日楽しみでした! フロントの近くにドリンクと軽食コーナーがあり コーヒーと紅茶、クッキーは常時置いてあり、時間によってクロワッサンもありました。 すごくありがたかったです! シャワールームが少し狭く、部屋のインテリアも少し古いですが、それ以上にサービスが素晴らしかったです。 また泊まりたいです!
