Apart from the noisy construction work right at the front door, there is nobody to assist with arrival, luggage, and no concierge either. Only ever one person on the front desk and not very happy either! A taxi will drop you on the road out front and then it’s up to you. Booked a Junior Suite for over €300 and it just was not up to standard. Lousy plumbing (not new to old Italian buildings), noisy, dull with lots of confusing light switches, air-con that sounds like a jumbo jet, and no tissues in bathrooms. So does that sound 5 Star? This hotel must have had some prestige back in the day but it would struggle to make a 3 Star ranking today. Location is not good either. Surrounded by graffiti and dirty looking buildings. A decent walk to Duomo, allow at least 15 minutes and very difficult to access Milano Central Station: at least 30 minutes and €30 in a taxi as the traffic is terrible with all the roadworks. Check out some more up to date pics! And stay elsewhere.

A wonderful 5 star hotel. I can't say enough about this hotel. It was unpretentious and wonderful. The device is top notch. Every member of the staff is unbelievably helpful. Gabrielle who manages the front desk in the late afternoon/ evening was particularly helpful. The rooms are great as are the bathrooms. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel in Milan that not overly done with fashionistas this is the place.

The best hotel our family has stayed at. Great service. We had two connecting rooms. Used Hyatt points but they still treated us like royalty. 5:30 pm late check out? No problem. Amazing room. Amazing location. Gym was great. Breakfast was too much ($60 euro). Amenities. They gave us Easter gifts and chocolates each night. Linens amazing. Noon if you can with points. Made our trip memorable.

酒店服務無敵好，比傳統高奢酒店好太多，本身就十幾間房可以說服務是一對一的，房間很大，特別適合一家人入住。酒店最大亮點就是無敵視野，米蘭最美景觀就在你眼前。早餐非常好，攜程不含早餐直接餐廳簽單是48歐每人，很好，服務也無比貼心，由於我起晚了服務員告訴我你慢慢吃，你吃好了我們再收餐沒有關係的，真的太貼心了。

숙소는 두오모와 걸어서 13분정도 거리이며, 쇼핑하고 외식하기 좋은 장소입니다. 유럽에서 가격대비 안좋은 시설만 많이 봤는데 여긴 좋더라구요. 일단 리셉션 굉장히 친절! 냉장고에 든 물은 유료이나 커피머신 옆에 우유패키지처럼 든 물은 무료입니다. 조식은 가짓수는 작았지만 리얼 벌꿀이 진짜 너무 맛있고 커피도 맛있었어요. 그리고 로비에는 과채수를 준비해두셔서(낮에만) 로비이용시 많은 도움을 받았어요. 무엇보다 리셉션분들의 친절함에 밀라노에서 좋은 기억으로 돌아갑니다! 아 근데 M2 지하철 타고 갔는데 올라갈때 계단밖에 없어서 팔운동 심하게 했네요 ㅠ M1출구가 더 가까우니 환승해서 그쪽으로 오시는게 더 나을수도 있어요(리프트 있는지는 모르겠지만…)

Due to work, I've stayed in lots of hotels, in different countries. This is the first time I really wanted to have more time in the hotel. Lovely indoor facilities of course. But, there is this amazing park-area in the back. It looks like an endless forest but it's in the middle of Milano! A long breakfast, sitting in the outdoor area would have been so nice. The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.

I stayed for 1 night at this hotel and had a good experience. The location is very good, it is quite close to the Missori metro station (line M3 yellow). From there you can easily walk around to find very good restaurants/bars and a supermarket. The Duomo and The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II are just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It is also quite easy to go by car to the Linate airport (LIN). The room is simple, but enough if you intend to be away during the day. The staff was not the nicest but was helpful.

The Antica Locanda Leonardo hotel is located a block away from Leonardo Da Vinci’s Last Super which was a pleasant surprise. If only we had been made aware of that fact, in the hotel documentation and website, we might have requested tickets months in advance, when we made the hotel reservation. A missed opportunity. The initial reception interaction was truly welcoming and the room itself was adequate. We could not get the AC fan to come on during our entire stay. The curtains in the bathroom were see thru. Bare walls without any type of artwork was a rather unpleasant surprise. A couple of paintings, prints, posters, or photographs would have made the room a lot more welcoming. Breakfast was also barely adequate, nothing to write home about, but just the basics. The hot chocolate was watery and not even at the level of a Nestle hot cacao pouch. Had to request room service one day after departing the room in the early morning and placing the request for service on the door knob, and returning in the late afternoon without the room being made. The clerk at the reception wanted to make excuses about the maids making up rooms for new arrivals ahead of others, but that did not make any sense at 4:00 pm in the afternoon after we had been out all day. Overall, considering the nightly rates, not recommended. Also, very limited places to eat in the neighborhood.

I stayed for 4 nights at a single room, which was as expected from a 3-star hotel, with a comfortable bed, and although the room size was adequate for 1 person, the bathroom was offered very little space with a tiny shower. Although it was during the busy season, I found that the hotel was quite overpriced (180 euros/night when I booked it) for the services they afford.

酒店位於感恩聖母堂附近，大約一點幾公裏吧，然後酒店位於二樓，辦理入住的時候要按大門旁邊的通話叫他們開門，酒店在二樓（相當於國內3樓），辦理簡單，然後乘坐一個很小的電梯上樓入住。房間還可以，我買的時候不到900rmb一晚，高級單人間，房間不大，但是有個陽台，設施齊全，還有密碼箱，沒有熱水壺，冰箱裏的水不知道能不能免費喝，上邊標了價格，但是我喝了瓶純凈水後邊也沒收我錢。房間陽台很不錯，要是兩個人一起的話就更好了，可以坐着聊聊天看看街景。然後每天都會有人來打掃，被子啥的看着蠻幹凈的，注意他們馬桶旁邊有個小的類似洗手盆的，那是洗pg用的，但我們大部分人都沒這習慣吧😄。酒店交通還挺方便的，一百米轉彎處有10路有軌電車，走600多米可乘坐M1地鐵，建議大家如果玩耍幾天的話購買那個3天的通票，合算一些（我經常做錯站😂）。然後吃的話附近也有不少餐廳，走幾步路就到了，酒店的早餐我感覺挺豐盛的，就西餐的那些玩意，有不少點心，還有酸奶和水果，好評！。玩耍不用擔心，米蘭很小，半小時的公共交通基本可以到達大部分景點。基本上就這樣，說實話米蘭酒店挺貴的，退房的時候還要交4歐/天的稅，但前台服務很好，也會一點英語，各種打招呼。

This is a very stylish place. I was lured in by the beautiful entrance and Moroccan tiled bathrooms. The staff is very nice as well. But the room, a so-called suite, was just too small. Essentially a loft bed over a bathroom with one chair facing the front door. It is only a place to sleep, nothing more. My biggest issue was the lack of a proper window. The only outdoor light comes through a small skylight over the bed. It just felt claustrophobic to me. For $350/ night, I think one can do better. The hotel should be more upfront on their website about the window situation.We stayed only one night on our way to the airport so it was ok but I would not stay here again.
