Breakfast was great with a wide spread buffet. Twin room is a little small as we had a L shape room layout. Location of the hotel is very convenient, next to Lima station. We didn’t use the hotel’s facilities as we were out for both days.

A deposit of €150 has been taken from me which was supposed to be refunded but not yet received it back in my card. I would request to refund it asap. I checked in at around 2:am on 3rd June, I opted for late check out, hotel informed that late check out can be possible max till 14:00 and they changed €50 for that, in the morning when asked to extend my reservation till next day, they didn't adjust the amount €50 which I gave for late check out, on top of that they charged me €110 more for this extension, I would have expected better service here.

My boyfriend and I got this hotel in a package deal with easy jet. It was very reasonably priced and upon reading a few reviews we felt a little apprehensive about staying here. However we felt as though our stay was good, the room was very clean, modern and the bathroom was rather big. We got welcomed when we arrived and welcomed at breakfast every morning. The two only complaints is the noise from the street however what else can you expect when staying in the middle of the city, also the walls are rather thin we found ourself hearing other people’s alarms in the morning. Yet I do recommend staying here.

My husband and I just stayed at Hotel Bristol for 7 nights since we arrived at Milan via train from Venice and we also wanted a central location for easy travel to various areas, including Malpensa airport. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is just a few mins’ walk to the Milano Centrale station and about 7 mins’ walk to the bus stop for the bus to Malpensa airport. We stayed in a triple room as we wanted more space for the room. Our allocated room has a small living area and the bedroom is separate. The room is clean and the space is very good for us. The staff are also friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we will stay at Hotel Bristol again when we are in Milan.

Hotel bien situado. Aunque no está en el centro de Milan tiene una parada de metro muy cerca. El aire acondicionado de la habitación era demasiado suave, llegué a pasar calor y no podía ponerlo más fuerte. Lo mejor sin lugar a dudas fue el desayuno, muy variado y de buena calidad. Alli está Narcisa, ayudando en el desayuno, su profesionalidad y amabilidad consiguieron que nos sintieramos como en casa.

As usual, everything's perfect. The only annoying thing is the impossibility of regulating the air conditioning in the room: the control is centralized and during the night it is still a bit too cold for me. And some extra hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels

This is a very basic business hotel, which I made the mistake of booking for a family stay. Location is 10 min walk to the Lambrate subway station which is ok. The room was spacious, clean, had a desk, wardrobe and sideboard for luggage. The shower was very narrow and only 1 type of eco-friendly shower gel/shampoo was provided. I do appreciate the towel rack they provided as there were 4 of us. Most rooms have only 1 or 2 hooks to hang towels, even if they accommodate 4. Wifi speed was good and easy to connect. Our room was next to the stairs leading up from the entrance. So in the evenings, the peace would be broken by stomping up and down the stairs, doors opening and closing every time someone entered or left, and their voices echoing down the corridor as they spoke. The front desk staff were polite but not particularly helpful. On their website, airport shuttle is listed as an available service. On Hotels.com it was listed as avail for €50, which is the main reason why I booked this place. When I asked the staff about this, she said there’s no such service and she’d reserve a taxi for us. We only need 30 min to get to the airport. Luckily I checked, as it takes at least 1h! So later in the day, we went to the front desk to change the timing of our taxi booking. Another staff was there and told us no such booking was made. He’s unable to book a taxi in advance and we only need to come down 5 min before our desired time and the staff will call for a taxi for us. And, the one way taxi ride is a fixed price of €100.

An excellent boutique hotel in a non-touristic zone. A recent and small hotel in the Cittá Studio area. Rooms are really comfortable, some of them with a small balcony, all extremely clean. A quiet and cosy garden, a true oasis after a busy day in the city centre. Nice breakfast and amenities. A relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Very nice and helpful staff. 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest subway station, which contributes for your daily steps goal 😊. Definitely, a place to go back!

Veramente al di là di ogni più rosea aspettativa!!! Piccolo hotel al centro di Milano, comodissimo, accogliente, un vero gioiellino. Il personale è gentile, premuroso è oltremodo educatamente rispettoso. La camera è pulitissima e molto silenziosa. La colazione è ottima , dolce e salato, tutto fresco e nulla di confezionato, abbondante sia la varietà che la qualità. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ampiamente positivo, tanto che sarà il ns punto di riferimento per quando verremo a Milano. Consigliatissimo!!!!

We booked here last minute as there was an issue with the other hostel we booked. We were in a mixed 4-bed dorm. The room was pretty clean and not too cramped and it had a bathroom attached as well. Sleep quality wasn't great as it was quite loud from outside and it got cold with the AC on all night and only a sheet to cover you, but that could just be me. Every bed had a box to put your stuff in that could be locked and unlocked with the fob attached to the room key which was very handy. There was an outdoor space with tables and chairs so you could sit or eat. The staff were nice and friendly as well. The hostel also had Wifi which seemed very reliable for what we needed it for. The location was perfect; a Lidl round the corner, a few minutes walk to the metro station and then a couple of stops on the metro and you're at the central station.
