Kapetan Tasos Suites

Thank you, Katarina, for the wonderful stay. The place was spotless. We really loved your attention to detail ( robes, slippers, clean towels, bottled water, etc). My family and I really enjoyed Milos and staying at KAPETAN TASOS was a great choice!

I stayed here with my family in September 2023--it's such a beautiful hotel, extremely clean, and the location is perfect, a very short walk to great restaurants in Pollonia. We loved how peaceful and quiet the hotel was. We had a bit of a snafu with a canceled ferry, and were able to stay an extra night on very short notice, and Katerina was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend staying here!

Charming studios in a very nice buldind. We found a landlady unstoppable in tre to give all we needed. Bikes, gym and jacuzzi give a luxury touche. Jogging every morning in the sunrise light at Pollonia, was secondo only to Estela's *goodmorning". We hotel to have another chance to be there

Stayed 5 nights in a one bed suite. The apartments have many good points. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Good size bathroom plus another shower room and toilet. Large seating area. Kitchenette was well equipped. Some drinks, wine and items like honey, compote and peanut butter provided as a welcome gift. Good size balcony and we had a sea view from our room number 8. Complimentary pastries available throughout the day in the lobby. Mini gym with some weights and a treadmill. Friendly host and staff. However, there were a few things we weren't so keen on, such as lack of outdoor space and the pool, which is partly covered and dark. It doesn't get any sun and it's not an area you'd want sit by; there are only two sunbeds in any case. Overall, the location is not a sunny spot. We only got sun on our balcony for a short time first thing and the building is very close to a large wall of the neighbouring property. Nevertheless, you are only 5 mins walk from the centre of Pollenia where there is a decent beach, as well as cafes, restaurants and a few shops. We also didn't like the showers as both the glass side panels and shower curtains are not long enough so that the water soaks the bathroom floors.

This is such a beautiful place to stay . I can’t recommend it highly enough . All of the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We stayed in apartment 6 . It was immaculate.. the standard of everything in it was to a very high standard .. the decor is lovely and so clean . You won’t be disappointed if you book Kapetan Tasos . Excellent apartments at a great location. Pollonia is a nice village at the beach. We stayed for 5 nights at Kapetan Tasos Suites. The apartments are beautifully decorated and very nice equiped. The fridge is full of nice drinks and you will find local honey and cookies in your kitchen. Every morning a really nice breakfast with homemade Greek pie and cookies. The appartements are very well maintained and very clean. The staff is wonderful and they really care! Katharine will do her upmost to ensure you have a great stay. Beach and good restaurants very close by. We will recommend and return some day! Next time I will book seasight. Score 10/10!!

Milos was our 3rd island to visit in Greece and by far our favorite! Kapetan Tasos is definitely the best accommodation we had and enjoyed so much! Our hostesses, Katerina and Stella, really made our stay extra special! All the pastries served at breakfast are freshly baked and so delicious (one of the highlights of our stay!) and did I mention free?! The jam, honey, beer, wine and biscuits they put together in our room to welcome us are amazing! Breakfast at our deck was also something we truly enjoyed. There’s access to the beach that our kids enjoyed and really close to a lot of restaurants as well as market and pharmacy. Wish we stayed longer! We will absolutely be back!! Thank you Kapetan Tasos for this wonderful memory of Milos.

This place is the most beautiful little hotel. The staff are amazing and help made our stay extremely enjoyable by being extremely attentive to our needs. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated as well. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended

We were not able to stay here so this is not a review of the property itself. At a time when there is so much pent up demand for travel and competition for accommodation, time is of the essence when trying to zero in on a property that meets your requirements. We had a wonderful experience dealing with Virginia, she was so responsive to our needs and questions and she has a great sense of humor too! It has not been my experience to get such quick replies to my emails from other properties in Greece but Virginia was the exception and this is so important with the time difference to California. It is no wonder that there are so many other good reviews of this place and we wished we could have stayed there.
