Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central (Theatre District)

Stayed at this Premier hotel in Milton Keynes and it was just okey. The rooms are very basic and the service only average. Was placed in a room with a window that couldn’t open and found the room rather stuffy. It’s only a basic hotel but conveniently located. Would only go back if I have no alternative in Milton Keynes.

The bed was wobbly, need replacing or repair.

We stayed as a family on Thursday night. Had an easy check in but we were wowed by Fawad and his excellent service during breakfast. Nothing was to much trouble and he was very attentive to our needs. He is certainly an asset to Premier Inn.

Unacceptably long queues to check in as both self check in machines out of order which I was told had been like this for months!!!!!! Only one reception desk and the poor man was having to deal with constant long queues out if the doors for hours!

DO NOT STAY HERE booked in for 3 nights over the bank holiday. Arrive at the hotel at 11:30 pm tired after a long journey, and looking forward to a good rest, boy we’re we in for a surprise, night club next door.so after 2 hrs of constant music went to reception to complain, we were put in a family room on the other side at 2:30 am but it was only for one night as the room was booked out the following day. In the morning the duty manager said he will work on finding an alternative room, and we left our bags in reception for the day. When we went back the receptionist offered us an alternative room ! Only it was now closer to the night club and said it would be more noisy???? . So we checked out and we’re told that we could claim under the good night guarantee. Well it seems you cannot due to it does not include external noise and the non flex rate covers nothing.

We really like this Premier Inn, getting a room on the top floor is worth the extra money, so peaceful.

The staffs are just not good enough. Some of them seem like don’t like to be bothered. Also I stayed for a few days in the hotel and i requested room cleaning every single day morning between 9:30am and 10am.They said okay and went to the team members room to check something, and then they came out and said okay it’s all done. After I came back to my room for 10pm or 11pm, they didn’t clean the room at all. The towels I used for shower is finished and I need to ask for more towels again. They didn’t clean my room at all for those few days. What a terrible hotel

Nightclub alert!!!! This place has no quiet rooms. You will not get any sleep staying here. We had no towels in our premier plus room either. Bar seats are full of stains, dirty too. We really needed as restful night, to no avail. Stay elsewhere. Manager told us to call customer services, as apparently managers can’t refund using their guaranteed good nights sleep promise!

Excellent stay and great value. Brilliant and central location, Staff were friendly, room was clean and very comfortable
