Hotel Romantik di Minamitsuru District

Nice hotel! We just arrived at the hotel entrance, and there were staff members greeting us at the door. During check-in, the process was explained clearly, and the service was excellent. A staff member was dedicated to serving us dinner, and both the dinner and breakfast tasted great. The view from our room was also very good. When we left, the hotel staff waved at us continuously. The service and quality were very good.👍👍

- Kebersihan agak teruk, terutamanya kerana 1. Pengering rambut di tandas penuh dengan habuk dan tidak boleh digunakan 2. Terdapat juga banyak habuk pada kabinet TV dan panel penghawa dingin. - Persekitaran dalaman: Kecuali untuk kebersihan, semuanya hebat Contohnya, biliknya sangat besar, jauh lebih besar daripada hotel di Tokyo, dan beg pakaian boleh dibuka hahaha. Terdapat kabinet kasut di pintu masuk bilik dan bilik mandi di sebelahnya. Kawasan utama adalah tatami Katil, TV dan meja kopi kecil di atas tatami, yang sangat unik saya dan suami tidak menghidu bau yang pelik. - Persekitaran luar: Pemandangan tasik sangat bagus! Jika anda ingin melihat pemandangan gunung, anda tidak perlu menempah bilik pemandangan gunung, kerana terdapat tingkap besar di tangga untuk mengambil gambar Gunung Fuji🗻 - Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik Adik-adik Taiwan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu membantu mendaftar masuk, memperkenalkan restoran dan kemudahan rekreasi di sekeliling secara terperinci, dan juga memberikan peta yang comel dan praktikal. - Kemudahannya agak lama, tetapi tandas adalah TOTO pintar dan mempunyai semua yang diperlukan. - Terdapat kolam air panas percuma di tingkat pertama Terdapat kolam air panas awam yang berasingan untuk lelaki dan wanita. hebat!

The hotel is nestled in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy area. We stayed 3 nights in a room facing the lake with a magnificent view of Fuji-san. A van provides shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko station. The restaurant is not operational hence we either ate outside or bought food back from Lawson/7-11. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and there were Mandarin-speaking staff. We miss it very much even though we are now in Hoshino Amoriya, which speaks a lot about the Kumonoue Fuji!

Really clean room, as with all hotels in Japan, and the room was so white, aesthetically pleasing. Dedicated room for washing with detergents provided, vending machines and even bikes here for you to rent and use during your stay here. Beautiful view of Mt Fuji once you get up on a clear day, what’s not to love it here?

Hotel Regina Kawaguchiko exceeded all expectations. The stunning views of Mount Fuji and the cozy, well-maintained rooms were perfect. What truly stood out was the outstanding service from the Chinese-speaking receptionist—his warmth and attention to detail made our trip extra special. A memorable and exceptional stay!

The private onsen pool was awesome We could enjoy it anytime when we wanna do :) Also Staffs were nice and breakfast was very good If you have plans to see mt. Fuji and wanna travel around Lake Kawaguchi area, I strongly recommend here to stay for one night! You will experience Japanese culture and enjoy onsen as well

Location of this hotel is slightly far from the nearest Kawaguchiko Station, but they operate a free shuttle to/fro the station on demand so getting in and out was very easy. There was a bus stop right in front/across the road from the hotel which made travelling around very convenient as well. Our kaiseki service staff Kohei spoke good English and very kind and helpful to offer us recommendations for places nearby to visit! Although we never got the chance to meet the housekeeping staff, they were also very timely and quick in helping us set up the tatami mats for bedtime. We requested for the setup then went to check out the rooftop foot bath for 10 minutes — and the beds were already set up when we came back haha. Breakfast was also very scrumptious and had great variety. Would definitely come back if I visit Kawaguchiko again!

The stay was great. Private onsen in room facing Fuji San! There’s nothing that I can ask for. Good and services were great too. Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ resort.

The hotel is located on a high ground, without a private car it will be hassle to carry the luggages up there. I paid a room for ¥87,720 per night (accommodate 4 persons) wishing to have a spacious and comfortable room. The room I had was simply a double room with 2 futons. If only had I knew, I'd have booked 2 double rooms instead so you don't have to be overcrowded in one room. Breakfast and food in the lounge was limited. No refills when they run out, so you should be the first comer for that.
