Premier Inn Ramsgate (Manston Airport)

Room was £49 for the night. Great value, staff very helpful. Would recommend. Clean room also. Facilities slightly outdated but wasn’t an issue!

The reception staff in the hotel and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean as was restaurant. Good choice of foods

The reason for our 6 night stay was for family reasons and is conveniently situated close by. We have stayed a few times before and the standard has been high. This time however, there were one or two issues with the cleanliness of our room, eg., the bathroom basin was cracked, the toilet tissue holder hadn’t been replenished from the previous occupant and the full length mirror has finger marks on.

The room was quiet, the bed was clean. Unfortunately nothing else was satisfactory. The room was cold and smelt damp. The soft furnishings were stained. The soap dispenser was low. The toilet dispenser was low. The shower gel dispenser was emply.

Pretty much as you expect from Premier Inn, good clean quiet room. Comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff. Stayed for business trip, have stayed in many a Premier inn and other chain, this has to be one of the nicer weather helped. Enough amenities close by.

Quite disappointed with the hotel, the bedding was clean but the room was not particularly clean, cobwebs clinging to the walls and dirty carpets were not nice, the wet room was a little shabby, and needed updating. The food in the restaurant left a lot to be desired, food was cold and greasy at breakfast and the watered down orange juice was disgusting

I used this Inn because it was near the wedding I was attending. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and gave me taxi numbers if we needed them. Lovely comfortable bed and clean room. We had a very good cooked breakfast the next morning in the restaurant. Plenty to eat. Lots of car parking space. Would definitely use again if I was visiting Kent again.

Comfortable quiet night which was a surprise as it is busy outside. Helpful staff. Everything you need for a base to work from or visit friends. Easy to get to and easy parking. Restaurant on site with pub grub food which was quite tasty.

Not very attractive totally uninviting entrance way . The room very tired and dated bathroom sink felt really grimy had to clean it as it was awful to the touch. The pillows were exceptionally hard woke up with awful neck ache even the spare ones were of the same quality. Saw the chambermaid and got some additional ones but not like the usual premier inn pillows. Got soaking wet walking to restaurant and not good if you use a wheelchair. The breakfast was so cold they took it away and probed the temperature agreed it was cold and brought us a hot replacement breakfast ,however we had already had toast and were leaving the restaurant so politely declined and cancelled our breakfast booking for the next morning. The waitresses work extremely hard and did all they could for you.
