The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Not too much outside noise. Lots of local restaurants nearby and walkable. Located in more upscale neighbourhood. Service is adequate. Nothing exceptional but more than adequate . Unbelievable that I wasn’t able to get a cork screw and attendant needed to come to the room to open my bottle.

We were greeted by Vanessa Peralta. She was wonderful. She checked us in and helped us find some good restaurants in the area. She was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This hotel is very nice, staff are helpful and friendly too. The hotel is extremely clean. The cleaning staff really take pride in their work I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lima, Peru. Fabio Ferrebii who also works at the front desk was very nice.

I did not realize it when I booked this hotel, but there are several Jose Antonio Hotels in Lima. I suppose it is something like a Hilton in the US. I was to join our travel group and was coming in early. So long story short, I booked the wrong Jose Antonio Hotel. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I arrived late from the US, and they couldn't find my reservation. The young man at the desk made a few phone calls, and he figured it out for me. I decided to just stay for one night and join the group the next day. The room was large and very nicely decorated. The hotel must be used as meeting and convention space as there are rooms, a very large reception area, and some beautiful artwork. I had a complimentary breakfast in the morning, and the coffee was exception. All in all, I was very happy I stayed there.

The location is great being near many restaurants and music venues. It’s also close to Kennedy Park and a short walk to the Love Statue and Larcomar Shopping Mall. It’s not far from Huaca Pucllana ; we walked there. So it’s well located. We were disappointed that there were no tissues provided and bottled water was only provided on day one. Breakfast was satisfactory but not a great selection in my opinion. We found it hard to sleep because of the night life music from it’s great location.

We loved our stay in Miraflores! Big, clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect location! We were celebrating our anniversary and they sent a dessert plate up to our room. We would stay at this hotel again in the heartbeat!

Stayed at this hotel as a starting and ending point of a tour of Peru so even though I stayed for a few nights, the nights were not consecutive. The hotel itself was perfectly adequate with few bells and whistles and the only real "complaint" I have is that the togo breakfast we were given on a few of our days (we were going to be leaving for the day much earlier than when breakfast would be open) was awful and none of us ate the sad sandwich we were given. All in all, if that's the worst of it, that's not too bad. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is the location. There are a TON of excellent restaurants, cafes, parks, and shops within walking distance and the area is very safe. I feel like I only cracked the surface of exploring the neighborhood even after being there 3 nights. If I were to return to Lima I would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed here for a business trip on the 23-25 of November. The hotel is well positioned in Miraflores, rooms are clean, breakfast is good, staff is nice. Nothing to complain about. But… The BIG problem is that the same hotel organizes parties on the roof and you must bear the disco music until 1 AM, even if you are tired and had planned to rest after work. No solution from the staff, apart from a polite “we are sorry”. Maybe better not having a room at the top floors where you expected to have a good view and to be far from the street, but ended up feeling you are part of a show via the air ducts that bring to you the Saturday Night fever, also on Thursday nights. You may enjoy the place only if you were the one having the party or were invited to it 🤷 No party for the other customers. Not even sleep.
