酒店地理位置不錯，就在利馬的富人區員工很友善，周圍都是餐廳，治安方面也比老城區好一些

Un hôtel au bon rapport qualité-prix (selon les prix et les dates) pour une capitale. A 10min à pied du Parc Kennedy. Commerces, banques, restaurant, transports à proximité. Mon 2eme séjour dans cet hôtel. Grande chambre, lumineuse et calme (pas côté rue). Propreté et confort parfait. Wifi ok. Eau chaude pas toujours très très chaude. Petit-déjeuner en buffet toujours aussi bien garni et bon. Equipes de réception et du restaurant très aimables.

Friendly and helpful staff. The chef in the restaurant cooked for me the best stir fry. And the receptionists were all very helpful. The organized my tours for me

Very large room & shower area. Kind & friendly staff. My luggage got misplaced at the airport & recetion rang the airport every night for me. They were so king.

Todo bien con el hotel pero nos cobraron 5usd de impuestos lo cual no entiendo ya que el 18% de la tarifa no es 5usd ,con respecto a la habitación estuvo bien

The hotel website indicated they had a jacuzzi. However, that information was incorrect. The was no jacuzzi. That was one of the reasons for booking. We wanted to relax in a hot tub jacuzzi.

The hotel is located in a very international and safe area, unfortunately the hotel has many things to correct such as: * The hotel does not have something as basic as offering room service. * The breakfast is very basic and offer no variety in the Buffet menu they have. * They do not have an elevator to the parking lot, for those of us who rented a car, we had to park and walk up the emergency stairs since it was the only way to access the parking lot or back to the reception. * The security people in the parking lot are uncourteous and never greeting anyone, they do their job very reluctantly. * The internet on the 11th floor is superrrrrrrrrr bad, and for a business trip it is useless since the connection is very intermittent and you can not connect more than one device at the same time. * The girl at the reception was sleeping at 4 AM when I came down to check out. * The hotel does not have a swimming pool, gym or any exercise area. To be a little honest, my stay was unpleasant at this hotel.
