the Hotel galaxy Heritage has very friendly staff, i felt warmly welcomed!!! The food was delicious and the hotel is beautiful, the inside yard is very nice. an overall very pleasant stay, i will come again. the rooms have everything you need.

Comfort the room was well equipped and the room was large and comfortable.The staff was friendly and helpful the reception staff were fast and obliging Location The hotel was conveniently located and The hotel was near the Temple. Owner response and behaviour is too good,friendly and helpful. Hotel view is like a heritage and royal. Overall is ousulm. I am very thankful to owner staff and the services .

The heritage is beautifully designed and has a friendly staff. The food is good. Some of the paintings and carpets have been designed by the owners themselves. The maintenance of property can be improved. Overall a must try and a nice experience at Mirzapur.

Among the best properties in Mirzapur. It is kind of a villa with several rooms available for booking . The staff were very helping and courteous. The food was also very tasty. Its a beautiful property situated in the mid of the city. Must visit for a comfortable stay

Room was very stinking and full of dampness because carpet was wet. Ac was not properly working. Toilet pot was broken. Mirrors was hazy. Because of aal these we were unable to sleep whole night.

Just awasome.. quite and lovely place to stay .all colonial furniture and services are wonderful.. recomend all those who want to stay at a peacful place in the middle of the crowded town ..once inside forget the neighborhood.

An aesthetic stay, with an amazing hospitality! A must visit place when in Mirzapur. Food is delectable, ***** with your stay. A nice lawn to sit and chit chat, music room to jam at night. In short, a great place to spend your vacation, chill with family and friends :))

Although i had only a one night stay but it was a memorable stay at the property. The staff, the owner, all were so humble and polite. Never in my dreams i had thought of so. Only one thing that i think they should work on is food service and to make some of the staff to work hard. Overall it was again a excellent stay for all of us. Thanks to make my trip also for recommending and keeping these type of properties on your list
