There was airport pickup service to hotel which was amazing especially when we arrive at around 11pm.

The noise of the air conditioner is too loud, but there is free shuttle service to the airport

Great central location. Close to CN tower, harbour. Bars and restaurants. Fully accessible room with roll in shower. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfasts with table service. Friendly staff. Wonderful hotel.

Stayed here at the start and at the end of my holidays. Arrived late after more than 24 hours travel and had to go around to find the shuttle bus stop, which was not easy as I read was near door R (terminal 1) and I couldn’t find it. Need to go down and only then you’ll see the R. Shuttle service is nice because it runs 24/7 but we were really unlucky and both times waited a long time for it. In the morning around 6:00am we almost couldn’t get in the shuttle as it is first come first serve but there’s not a queue and even though we were the first ones at ground floor others went inside first. I get that they don’t reserve the shuttle but could give a number when guests arrive at the hall for waiting. The staff was extremely nice during check in especially the girl on the first stay that explained everything about the pool and jacuzzi as well as the restaurant. The room is not that big but it’s usually just for a night stay and it’s enough! Toilet has all the amenities and water pressure was good. The pool and jacuzzi is open 24 hours but I didn’t had time to try it. Had breakfast during the first stay and it was better than I expected. There’s eggs, cereal, bread, a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, oat milk, fresh waffles. Really liked the breakfast but on the second stay e we had to leave at 6:00am and that’s the time the restaurant opens. I will definitely stay there again if I need a hotel to stay at Pearson airport.

The room was clean. Have a hard time found out that the room has an iindependent wall mount air-condition. The room emperature control unit on the wall looks beautiful but has nothing to do with setting the room temperature. We were booking for two but the room has only one set of towel for bathing. We had to call room service to get the second set. Besides these small inconvenience the location is perfect for terminal C check in. Instead of taking hotel shuttle We were able to walk to the Delta checkin counter in 10 minutes.

Excellent for a long layover flight. The staff is amazing. Very welcoming and helpful. The shuttle service is also great. It brings you and collects you from T1 and T3 24/7

The shuttle bus to the airport hotel was very convenient. Also, the rooms were very nice and clean.

I was satisfied by the location near the airport. The room was clean. The service was ok. I wanted to store my luggage while i returned a rental car and they insisted i check in first. When i needed to take the airport shuttle ut wasn't available for another hour and a half so fortunately the hotel called and paid for a taxi for me.

Hotel air conditioning is loud. Staff were nice. Rooms were standard. Restuarant was ok.

I always enjoy the convenience of being very close to the airport. It was an overnight stay so Idid not purchase food.

I recently stayed, and my overall experience was very satisfying. The hotel making it very convenient as it is near the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, allowing me to rest well. The bathroom facilities were also very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The breakfast buffet options were abundant, with a variety of hot and cold dishes, all delicious. I especially enjoyed their fruit and drink. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The location is convenient. The shuttle service is very good.
