Hotel berhampiran Lake Aquitaine Park, Mississauga

The location is a little bit far away from any attractions, the second night we didn't have any hot water, and waited from 7 pm -10 pm. During the time, we called front desk, but they only said they would check the maintenance, then hang out, never call us back. Our families were disappointed with their service

There was a used condom beside the microwave at the front door of my king size suite room, as well the floor was sticky all over the place....I made video of the situation to show front desk which I did and I was offered 20% off instead of a new room...as well it was a Monday night....the place was empty so why I didn't get a new clean room instead of 20% off discount when I'm platinum member of Wyndham so I always auto magically get 10% off most places....so why I didn't get a new room was beyond me.

New hotel with clean modern rooms and free parking. Would have easily been a 5 star review had it not been for the reception staff on duty upon arrival, whose greeting comprised a raised eyebrow - to which I had to explain that I was there to check in (surprise). She did proceed to check us in without issue but successfully made us feel like an utter inconvenience. Perhaps her job description could have been better written.

位於多倫多密西沙加市中心的星級連鎖酒店，地理位置優越，離Square One不遠，不行10來分鐘可達。購物、吃飯完全不用擔心。 酒店房間很乾凈，雖然房間不是很大，但雙床住3個成人完全沒有問題。酒店有付費停車庫，離店時按停了幾天結算，前台服務也很好。價格也可以接受，下次還會選擇住這裏。 租車還車就更方便了，就在酒店對面。

Stayed for one night before my flight. Good location, close to the airport and lots of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Rooms are well equipped, although the air conditioning was a disappointment. There is a control on the wall, which is misleading because the air conditioner is a separate unit. However, the air conditioner shuts off when the area near it reaches the temperature setting, while the room will be warmer. Setting the air conditioner at the coldest setting created a reasonable temperature but I would be concerned on a very hot day. I found the service to be generally polite, although not always helpful in accommodating requests. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. While I got the bathtub, the room faced the road, which was noisy at times. I had called the hotel a few days in advance so it should not have been an issue to accommodate both requests. I arranged the shuttle to the airport the day before required, but when inquiring about it, to make sure I didn't miss it, one of the front desk attendants (white woman with a Slavic name if I remember correctly) was quite rude. Apparently she doesn't understand the worry about getting to the airport on time since the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes so it would be an issue to miss it. The common facilities are good. The lobby lounge and breakfast area are nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the hotel. The pool area was nice and there is a sauna, although note that it is on a timer so you need to get there early to let it warm up. The pool and sauna close at 10pm, which I thought was early as an 11pm closing would be helpful. The menu of the restaurant looked good, prices reasonable and a decent selection of beer for discerning drinkers. Breakfast was good but for the price, they should provide some vegetables for a salad. Overall, a reasonable stay and I would give the hotel another opportunity. I would pass on the breakfast though next time, provided there is time in the morning, as there is a Denny's nearby

We took an early flight so booked this hotel to avoid traffic. Free shuttle runs with schedule, you must reserve the spots before riding in order to secure the seats (especially during midnight)

從香港飛加拿大多倫多 機場到這家酒店大約20多分鐘左右 酒店位置很方便 環境不錯 前台服務也很好 衞生也不錯 這次是幫朋友預訂 她住後很滿意 這家連錟酒店也是我到加拿大經常選擇的酒店 雖然價位有點便高 但品質是沒得懷疑 朋友説下次還會入住這個連鎖酒店並推薦給周邊親朋好友

Hotel near airport. Great free shuttle service with very nice and helpful drivers. Fast and efficient check in. Very Fast check out. Spacious room with great view. Beautiful large window. Large and comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. Negative notes: Slippers are not available, are necessary. The sink was clogged. Missing soap for shower.
