StoneCreek Lodge

The room was clean and the bath tub was deep so I enjoyed a nice soak but, the next morning the shower screamed at me while i washed and it didn't matter if it was hot or cold it was squealing. I miss read the hotel details and thought it provided breakfast and so I asked the lady at the front desk and she rudely said they don't do breakfast and its because they are understaffed. Her tone was very rude (even my husband was like dang shes pissed). The tv was very complicated since you dont have a guide there is a ton of channels but you have to watch 30.1 30.2 30.3 and each for at least 5 seconds before it shows what is on the channel. (Not a huge problem but sucky when you just want to find a channel and sleep). I have stayed at nocer hotels with better beds and hot breakfast for a much more afforable price. Will not stay here again.

Bed was very comfortable (only had 3 pillows which was odd since it had a pull out bed and every other hotel we’ve stayed in has 4 or more). Air conditioner turned off in the middle of the night. When I mentioned that to hotel staff they said there is an override at the front desk and they changed our a/c settings and if we wanted the setting we chose we should have asked for them to keep it that way. Wasn't impressed with that answer. Decent amount of interstate semi noise; just be aware.

I thought this hotel was going to be better. It is really only suitable for those travellers via air to Missoula that have gotten stranded here with no other choices. This place is the: No pool, no restaurant, no bar, zero services. And while I know that my booking this place is my fault and I should have known.....yeah, I should have known. I didn't read the bold print. This place only has one offering....a room. And there lies the "rant" of this review. The property seems worn. The carpets, the smell, the room furniture are worn, shabby and stained. The staff seem much like this as well. And I feel bad saying this but all the staff I encountered seemed to actually voice this description. The typical response or greeting was either silence or "yeah, been here and can't wait to leave and start my time off." My small family spent three nights there and literally were ghosted by housekeeping. l don't mind taking out my own trash but at least provide me with a trash can liner. The only amenity offered was 24/7 coffee service. Failed on final night/morning as I couldn't get a morning coffee at 4:00 a.m. as the coffee hadn't been delivered or made yet? We should have booked Motel 6 and saved a few bucks.

So overall wonderful hotel. The only bad things were the comforter on the bed was awful, and no breakfast. But the staff was great, room was really clean

The Stonecreek hotel was very nice and pleasant to stay at the room was very roomy and clean. The hotel staff was very nice. The pool was clean and warm. The room I stayed in was a two queen it was very large. I had six in my party and slept. Everybody very comfortable had a living room and the kitchen area with refrigerator microwave and stove. Top couch pulled out into a bed highly recommend.

All went well with checkin and the room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the hot tub. It seemed to be dirty and full of bubbles. Thank you, Mike

Was quiet and convenient, although I had to wait almost 10 minutes to check in while the night attendant smoked a cigarette. Overall it was a great motel

We spent a night here after our late flight and could quietly recover from our trip before renting a car and continuing home. There is no breakfast, but that was fine with us. The staff, cleanliness, and free transport to and from airport, which is minutes away, were wonderful.

The only thing walkable is the brewery. The amenities at the hotel are nonexistent. 1 mini soap and a shampoo and conditioner. No breakfast either. Very basic. Guest are an inconvenience for front desk staff. Pool looked nice.
